The rooms are average size for two people and have plenty of room for a single. They are clean, however can be noisy, which is to be expected in a casino hotel. There is a grocery store and plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Water pressure in my room was below average. I had one breakfast in the attached restaurant and the food was dried out. The real value comes from being on their email list and using coupons that will work for up to four day stays.

on hotels.com. $20/night per room. We had 2 rooms and asked not to be next door to each other. They gave us across the hall. Spa and pool were in decent enough condition that we didn't mind going in for a dip.
Rooms were spacious and clean. Amenities were great.
I'd definitely do that again.

Room Tip: Ask for the top floor with the view of Reno, they'll probably accomodate without hesitation.

Ok if your looking for a 5 start this is not it. IF you are looking for a decent room, with good beds at a good price this is a good pick. I stayed for here 4 nights from 5-16 to 5-19. Had no issues with my room and thought that for the price it was a very good deal. There are several other casinos with in a short walk from this one and plenty of food and enterainment choices. The drink prices in the bars are very cheap as well.

I had gone there over the Memorial Day weekend, renting three rooms for my family. They have three towers. Instead of putting us in the same tower, since I had made the reservations two months in advance, they put two rooms in one tower and they gave me a room in the oldest tower - I'm guessing it was built in the 50's-60's. Nothing in the room worked except for the TV. The elevator made noises all day/night long and we weren't even near the elevator. The "Buffet" was awful. The steak was like old leather. They had no fruit on the line. The only good thing I can say about this hotel experience was that security was exceptional. They wheeled my invalid mother around without one complaint. And if you knew my mother...

Room Tip: Choose a different hotel.

Clean but dated hotel in need of refurbishment but, at the price, you can't really complain. Staff were helpful and efficient. The room was large and comfortable, with a great view but definitely in need of a lick of paint. We enjoyed the diner. Great, traditional American food and a good breakfast.

Room Tip: Ask for a room away from the lifts, which are old and noisy.
