Had one night stay on Saturday. Everything else booked up or twice as much. Easy check in. Room was in back on 2nd floor (away from street). Recently remodeled, everything was pretty new and clean. Slept well and was out again early in the morning.

Room Tip: Probably have mix of remodeled rooms and not

Urine stained sheets

We stayed at this motel. When we walked in the room it had the worst smell of animal piss. The room hadn't even been cleaned the sink had hair in it there were no towels and the base of the toilet had pubic hairs on it.... I told the front desk the reply were sold out can't move you. I told the maid upon going back to the room. His mellow dramatic tone hand in the air then ill get to to it when I can. He never showed up w e never heard from the front desk. W e found under the blanket on top the sheets piss stains.

On the way to downtown: good position to move in reno.
a nice and classical two floors motel 6.

Room quite New, a small swimming pool, wi fi and coffe in the morning.

Service very professional and helpful.

Do not go here. Front desk person is very unprofessional, and rude. They will rent to you only "IF THEY FEEL LIKE IT" otherwise they will send you off - even if you had a reservation for two months. Don't even try contacting corporate, cuz they will tell you only the site manager can help you. What good is that??? If that's what you're complaining about, why would you go to the person that you complained about in the first place??? Never again... even if the rooms were free!!! You're better off going across the street. Free Wi/Fi and free breakfast in their restaurant every day of your stay. Motel 6 charges $2.99-$4.99 per day - per device and forget breakfast!!! Good luck if you're thinking of going here!!!

Room Tip: go to Econo Lodge instead

We received a terrible customer service at the lobby. We arrived at noon and learned that the check in was at 2:00 pm. We then came back at 2:15 pm and learned that we couldn't check in because the room was not ready. Jessica, the staff member at the lobby, was really unprofessional: she was confusing, unhelpful and rude. She told us many times that we could cancel our reservation, but we had to insisted to get minimal useful information like when the room will be ready. We learned that we couldn't waited by the pool or at the lobby, that we couldn't drop our luggage at the lobby, that the wii-fi was not free and that no map of reno was available at the lobby. We came back after Jessica's shift. Joe, the new staff member, was then professional, clear and helpful.
The room was clean, but their was no shampoo in the bathroom.
