One chef behind the counter with about 20 items on the menu. Everything is uncooked (raw, marinated, smoked). The scallop ceviche is one of the best dishes I've ever tried. The dishes are artfully presented. The atmosphere is very casual and the prices are hard to beat. It is located next to another great restaurant (Bowl) and items can be ordered from both places as appetizers/entrees or as multiple dishes to share. Service is excellent. I've been about 5-6 times in the last several months, and although several dishes are always on the menu, there are also several dishes which are frequently changed. Unfortunately Rawr is only open Thursday-Sunday.
