After trying several steakhouses located within casinos, Sterling's is one of the best (if not the best). Both the food and service was excellent. The price is average for fine dining (average cost of a dish is around $40 to $50).
My brother had the filet mignon and I had the prime rib. Both were very tender and flavorful. They came with three types of bread (onion, garlic, and regular), the choice of soup or salad, a side of some type of potato, and broccoli.
Our servers were very attentive and always made sure our water was filled. When it was time for dessert, we declined. However, our waiter said "he couldn't leave us without something sweet" and brought us two complementary chocolate dipped strawberries.
If you like good food and great service, I definitely recommend Sterling's.
