“Been to Reno for years, wish I'd known about this place!”
Reviewed October 13, 2013

We've been coming to Reno for years, and always stay at the Silver Legacy. While Sterlings is still my favorite restaurant in Reno, this is one we'll definitely come back to as well.

The food was excellent, the service was very good and desert was sublime. We will definitely be back!

“Best Downtown Reno Italian”
Reviewed September 27, 2013

You really have a lot of choices for Italian in Reno but you really can't beat La Strada in the downtown area. The porcini mushroom ravioli are delicious pillows of delight and the Carrano family wines are first rate. Enjoy!

“Great Dinner!!”
Reviewed September 23, 2013

We on a whim decided to hit up La Strada on a Saturday Night at 8 pm, they had a table available and the host was very friendly. Spoke some Italian with my wife while we were getting seated.
We both had veal dishes and we were very impressed with the meal, some of the best veal we have had outside of Italy.
Highly recommend this restaurant.

“A Romantic Italian Restaurant in Reno, NV.”
Reviewed September 18, 2013

We went to La Strada on our last night in Reno. The ambiance was a bit dark for a restaurant. The food and drinks were good, at least the wine and bruschetta. I did feel a bit overdressed, as most of the crowd were in T-shirts and flip flops and we were the only ones dressed. I would probably dine here again for dinner only and not lunch, as it is a bit too upscale for a lunch time meal.Great service and great dessert; get the Tiramisu!
