Owner description: Greater Nevada Field opened in 2009 as the home to the Triple-A Reno Aces, top affiliate of the Arizona Diamondbacks. In 2017, the ballpark welcomed Reno 1868 FC, a professional USL soccer franchise and top affiliate of the San Jose Earthquakes. The Aces and 1868 FC share the year round facility, which includes a haunted house in October, ice skating during the holidays, and dozens of community events through the year.

It seems cozier than most other ballparks. Very clean, with food and drink easy to get to. Love this stadium !

Can't believe how nice this ballpark is. Reno is really lucky to have this park and there's not a bad seat in it.

Great team. Great ballpark. The food is pretty good but the best is from a grill cart on the southside of the ballpark. They have envy hot dogs or sausages on rolls. Huge hot dog and they have sauerkraut or my husbands favorite is the grilled onions and bellpeppers. Every so often we say heck to diets and also have a candy apple . The cart way down past first base has 12 or more different variets of candy apple to try. The apple pie and the rocky road are two favorites. On a hot day they do have frozen dipped bannanas and stawberries. Very yummy. Becareful while in stands since lots of foul balls are in the stands carry a mitt.

Renoites were awestruck when the Aces Ballpark opened in 2009. We knew then that we had hit a home run. The Aces are winning championships too! So essential to the town now, we are willing to pay more taxes to keep it going! Ouch, but, Hit me again!

A day or evening outing to a Reno Aces game is an excellent and inexpensive entertainment value in Reno, for either the out of towner or the local. The quality of play is just one step below major league, and, in fact, many of the players will be recognizable from major league assignments.
Compared to other AAA stadiums, Aces Ballpark is more intimate, but this means that there really isn't a bad seat in the house. The stadium is new (2009), clean, and the staff really wants you to enjoy your experience. Concessions are considerably cheaper than you see at major league parks and they have a wide variety of eats. However, on a crowded day, the concession lines can be long.
Ticket prices are a bargain compared to major league, but you might find them a little higher than some of the lower minor league venues. A very good seat near home plate can be had for $12-15. Tickets are cheaper when bought in advance than at the gate on game day.
Need a break from typical Reno gambling entertainment? Try the Aces. It's good clean fun for the whole family.
