I've been playing golf at Washoe for over thirty years. It's a wonderful muni layout built in the early 1930s as a WPA project. The fairways are lined with trees and there is water and some elevation changes. The course is more challenging than many people think, particularly three long par 4 holes, 9, 12, and 15. The restaurant has been redone with a bar and new menu, it's a great place for breakfast or lunch after a round.
