As we were checking in, we were told our credit card could not be accepted. After 20 minutes of frustration, my wife spoke to the credit card rep on the phone and was told the exp. date was not entered correctly in several attempts. Next, the carpet in the hallways were torn and dirty. As we entered the room, the carpet was soiled so bad in places that the color would not show. We ask for cleaning and an attempt was made but did not help a lot. There is only one ice machine and it is on the 3rd floor. Not enough. Employees had to buy bag ice at times. There is a lack of parking when capacity is high. What was good? Location for our stay was perfect. Employees(except for our check in) were great. When we asked for a service it was provided.
