This was my second time to Fuego, first time for dinner. The owner, Miguel, greeted us and although they were crowded he found us a table without a reservation. The young lady who seated us introduced herself and told us Kevin would be our waiter. Kevin introduced himself and from the moment of introduction was with us for what seemed like every second even though he had other tables. He thoroughly explained the menu, and mentioned that the courses can be had as you order so they obviously read the reviews and make changes based on their customers observations. The tapas were wonderful, the paella was authentic and spicy, the spanish coffee dessert was out of this world. I thought the prices were quite reasonable for the quality of the food. The decor is perfect for the type of food served. We will definitely be back and will recommend Fuego to our friends. Bon Appetit!

The service has never been fabulous but it is friendly. The price is a bit steep for these small plates, but they tend to be tasty. Very good wine selection.

Fuego isn't the best tapas I've had, but the food is consistently good and staff always friendly and efficient. My wife and I make it a point to go there every few months and haven't been disappointed yet.

These people know their tapas. A little expensive, but in line with other tapas places we've visited. Only problem that they serve everything at once, rather than sequentially as most tapas places do. And when I noted that to waiter and manager, they acted as if it were impossible to do it any other way. Maybe they need to visit other tapas places.
