Bella Italia has a nice atmosphere, a little bit of old world Italian to the degree you can have that in a strip mall. The food is average, tomato sauce was flat, not much flavor, the alfredo was better and my significant other said the cannoli was horrible. This restaurant would be fine if it weren't for the attitude of the owner, indifferent at best, and unfriendly to say the least. This is the second and last time we will eat here. We thought after the first time, ok, the owner is having an off night, can happen to anyone, shouldn't but can. It wasn't any better this time. The one young waitress looked like she was in fear for her life. This guy should take heed, if your restaurant is empty on a Saturday night and you're having to use groupons to get customers, maybe you should change your attitude and make your customers feel welcome rather than like you're doing them a favor by being open, and I suspect you won't be for long.
