This is an amazing collection of cars, ranging from the early 1900’s to the ‘60’s. There are 4 show rooms and several “streets” that the cars are parked on. Admission is $12 & includes a movie about Mr Harrah, who started the collection. We went in the afternoon on a weekday & basically had the place to ourselves. There is a small gift shop attached.

I love coming here to see the cars and have a very relaxed day. A day away from gambling . There is so much to see in Reno that is historical and I love coming here to see the museums and train rides . Miss the old days when you could take a day trip on a train and go from Reno to Virginia City and Carson City.

This museum is wonderful but was missing two things to make it perfect. First of all, it needs a dining area. You can spend a whole day here and having a place to purchase food would be a great addition. The other missing ingredient is a 1954 DeSoto. Granted that it wouldn't mean much to anyone else, but it would have been the icing on the cake to me.
The collection of cars on display is fantastic. Everything from the earliest autos on. There are recreated streets, signs, advertisements and more. Plan on spending at least a few hours here. It is a definite must see.

I love cars... So, this place made my heart sing. Great display of cars of all years. It was nice to learn more about the car industries history. For only $12 you can't go wrong.

Spent all day here. If you love cars, you gotta go. History of the automobile. Be sure to take a decent lead tour for great and interesting history of not only the cars but how they affected society. Great stuff!
