The Atlantis Casino Resort Spa has become increasingly greedy over the past couple years. Look closely at the fees before reserving your room because they advertise room rates that don't include them. Currently the additional fees are $2 Tourism Surcharge and a resort fee of $25.00 plus 13% room tax are applied for each night of stay. Also, they recently added another fee; the rates increase by and additional $25 for each additional adult (18 years or older). Ridiculous.

Resort fee includes: Access to our Cardio Theater and Fitness Center, in-room wired Internet, premium WiFi access, unlimited local phone calls, unlimited toll-free phone calls, two bottles of spring water in room, use of indoor and outdoor pools and whirlpool spa, concierge and boarding pass printing services, valet and self-parking, and golf and ski valet. It's a "resort". Shouldn't these amenities be complimentary and already factored into the rate of the room?

The standard rooms need updating, definitely nothing fancy, and they don't have a refrigerator, unless you pay a fee,

Also, a lot of smokers in the casino and poor ventilation, so be prepared.

We had a wonderful stay at the Atlantis. The personnel are helpful and entertaining at the tables. Their 3 Card Poker table was fun and Mel (the Pit Boss) has a great personality and was very helpful. What about the food. What could I say. The BEST Kept Secrete, is the early bird (4:00 to 6:00 ) special at the Napa Restaurant. Item and wine on this menu are half off. The rooms are great with some excellent house keeping. We will be back very soon.

I'm a little disappointed in our stay here. Room prices were seriously inflated for Hot August Nights, then add in the over $60 per night I paid for a resort fee and taxes. The rooms were clean but in serious need of an update (there are dolphin lamps on each nightstand). I took a bath and ran out of hot water before the small tub was even filled. I would have loved there to be a mini fridge and robes also. Really not sure how this is considered a Four Diamond property.

Everything was great as usual. Staff was very accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful. The food is some of the best around. Parking was good even though one lot was used for the Hot August Nights festivities.

This hotel has great views of the city, is close to downtown, has several great restaurants, an excellent casino, beautifuls rooms, comfortable beds and an attentive staff.

It is a great value for the money and licated across the street from one of the nostalgic car lots during the Hot August Nights festival.
