Filthy Carpet, Lots of Trucks, heavy commercial neighborhood. Nice staff. OK breakfast (I like the waffle maker). Do not go barefoot or allow your kids to crawl on the carpet. Quieter that expected (we stayed in a room away from the street). Limited TV. Choice hotels should pull this franchise.

Room Tip: Stay on the top floor, in back, away from the street.

The worst Comfort Inn have ever stayed, we drove into LV late on Sat night and nothing was available for less than $200 a night. Found this property off the strip and decided to stay 2 nights to rest up from our 2 week roadtrip. We are not gamblers, just wanted to rest before continuing on. We had enough points in reward program so decided to stay here. When we checked in, clerk (who spoke very broken English) told us he only had 1 room left and the door was broken. We could not understand him so he takes us to show the door had been kicked in and the interior facing was pulled away from the wall. The safety latch would not work but was told that the door lock worked. Took the room due to very tired and late plus had already confirmed reservation on 800 number and would be charged. The door deadbolt did not work so at 1:00am hubby gets tools from vehicle and manages to fix somewhat and lays ironing board across inside of door so we feel secure.

Towels are rags, bathtub needs good scrubbing, shower curtain smells sour, ac is loud and occasionally makes horrendous noise but does blow cold. Large trucks all around, feels like a truck stop and the highway in front is super noisy. On the plus side, bed was clean and very comfortable. When checking out, two other couples were complaining of so many problems that we felt lucky. Could not get out of there fast enough.

I would avoid this hotel! Choice Hotels should look into this franchise as they do NOT represent brand in good way.

Unfortunately, we had the worst experience there...

We do not know the story behind the BROKEN door room(have actual photos), but
for some reason, they made us to stay the BROKEN door room, even they DID have an extra room to switch us to...we found it out next day, when we call from my cellphone...

We booked our room a month ahead, yet they treated us with NO respect....very shocked....

We asked the front desk, why they lied to us about an extra room to switch to and they made us stay in the BROKEN door room..The story behind was the owner told them NOT to switch the room....That weekend was full house most hotels in Vegas, so I guess the owner was trying too hard to make extra money.....disgusting.

NOT ONLY the door key was BROKEN, but also AC was broken....(No AC in Vegas, in June?! yes, too funny.) So, told us to use the fan....
They don't even care how uncomfortable it was NOT having AC AND a broken door?
Oh, also NO towels, NO toilet paper, had to ask them to bring them....oh, and the fire alarm was beeping constantly, due to low battery.....

Yes, it is really hard to believe what we went through, but more so, really hard to believe that this place still runs their business....

We contact with Comfort inn headquarters, but their customer service was NO good either,
totally made us speechless......

The only thing we are sure is that we will NEVER stay at ANY Comfort Inn, period.
Amazingly worst motel experience, but, well, at least we entertained friends by telling this story. :)

Room Tip: Just avoid.

We have been in this hotel for short stay .
This area was close to our business .It was OK stay , BUT after we left the hotel charged us about $25 for....stolen pillow ! How about that!?!
After talking to a manager they took the charge off and ...posted it back again after 2 days !
We had the final receipt from the hotel with final charges, everything was fine and we could not proof we did not steal anything, because we were home already.
Stay away from this peace of *.......!

Room Tip: Stay away.

no telephone, no working remote for TV, nonfunctioning airconditioning unit, wet towels, hotel management would not give me the rate promised on Travelocity (even though I had proof) until I called Travelocity who called hotel management. When I complained about amenities problems, they had long sob story about why it was that way, but no offer to fix any of it. Breakfast was not worth the effort.

I paid 125 for one night in this hotel so i thought i would have a good night of sleep. The thermostat didn't work. I was trying to turn off the heater but it wouldn't shut off. Every single time it would run I would wake up. It was extremely noisey. The bathtub was clogged. Next day I complained to front desk and he said "It's not broken, all the A/C units are as loud as the one in your room." I didn't even complained about the water in the bathtub. I just left thinking... I would never come back here even if I was to get a night for free. I felt more tired that day then when I came back.

Our group arrived late, and Expedia.com confused our travel plans with the check in. With that being said, the General Manager, Ms. Bea Patel immediately contacted Expedia via phone and managed the way way for a proper check for our group. Her telecommunications with Expedia were professional and customer service oriented. It was obvious that she knew her job and expressed effective emotional intelligence dealing with Expedia's incompetence with customer service. Comfort Inn is fortunate to have such a business minded staff as her (education does have it's value).
