Review of Waffles Cafe

Waffles Cafe has a nice breakfast menu and the food is very good. I like supporting local businesses and the service is good as well. Obviously, they are known for their waffles and they don't disappoint!

The only thing keeping me from a 5-star rating is that the wait times for the food can be long.

Waffles is located in a strip mall next to a Chinese take out, and a 7-Eleven. In other words: don't go looking for a standalone building. It's scrunched in there. Service was outstanding! Both my mother in law and I have canes and were assisted right away, and given menus from the counter. Food was good, and it's a very creative concept to use waffles as the bread in a sandwich, however it's also extremely difficult to eat that sandwich since the waffles are crispy and are quite large. Flavors are great, the special sauce is great, the smoothie my wife had was magnificent. Waffle fries destroy any other waffle fries I've ever had. I just wonder if there's any way to smash that waffle down to make it more accessible? At any rate, delicious.

close to Aliante resort its a tiny neighborhood waffle place that has yummy and creative waffles; service can be slow at times but its worth the wait and the staff are very nice; avoid Sundays because its busy but the rest of the week its okay; prices are reasonable.

Had the breakfast waffle sandwich. It was delicious. The waffle was soft on the inside, and slightly crunchy on the outside. The coffee was good, but a bit bland. Prices were very reasonable. I will absolutely seek this place out again next time in Vegas.

The menu has options for everyone in this cute and quiet cafe. Gluten free, vegan, paleo, diabetic...no problem. You can build your own waffles with customized sides or pick one of their creative concoctions. I chose the Best Friend (waffle smothered with sliced fresh bananas, peanut butter, Nutella, & whipped cream) and my husband got the Chicken & Waffles. The chicken tasted fresh & homemade from real breast meat. It is served with buffalo sauce, strawberry butter and syrup. Both meals were surprising & so amazing!! Their waffle recipe is so perfect that it really doesn't need any topping or syrup at all, but the creative combinations and customizing options are just unbelievable! I really wish we would have tried this little piece of heaven years ago. This will certainly be a new regular for our family.
