This place is dirty, old and confusing. There are different sections of the hotel and casino and the layout is less than helpful.
Our group of friends occasionally visit the pub/restaurant there and normally it's pretty good--this time, however, service was so-so. They refused to split the bill among 6 of us and automatically added 18% gratuity which they did not deserve. You could receive poor service and they still wind up getting a decent tip. Poor customer service in my opinion, going out of the way to split the bill and help a patron out just might get them a better tip. Nah, they'd rather just make you pay up with their mediocre service.
