Well check in was nearly an hour wait. Not a good start. Get more staff - simple. Room and bathroom were lovely. Service was so so. Most the time was good. However we were woken up by a worker asking when were checking out and we werent checking out for another 3 days, no apology for waking us up. Pool - great! Good location. On the corner at the start of the strip. Should have complimentry breakfast i feel OR a bar fridge.
Not consistant on complimentry bottles of water. If a few minor thing were tweaked i would of raved about it. Hopefully this is taken into consideration

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your comments regarding your recent stay with us. We sincerely welcome and appreciate any feedback we receive from our guests. We have addressed the check-out issue with our staff, and we apologize for the confusion. The water bottles are in the room when you check in and not supposed to be replenished daily. it is more of a small welcome touch. We hope the next time you are in the Las Vegas area you would consider staying with us again.

We were a little leary about staying at the end of the strip in an older casino hotel but were pleasantly surprised. Our room was on the 10th floor in the Paradise Tower which has been renovated. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable with easy access in and out of the front of the casino to the strip. The pool was quite a walk through the casino but well appointed with lots of chaises both in the sun and shade to choose from. The water was a little on the chilly side which was surprising with temperatures in the 110's during our stay. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was excellent and also a decent price compared to other locations. The check in process seemed to take longer than you would expect and they pump a vanilla scent through the casino which is pretty strong for our taste but other than that it was a good choice of hotel to stay at. Tip: The neighboring Casinos: Hooters and Excalibur offered $5 craps tables and lower black jack priced tables too!

Room Tip: Request a room the 10th floor or higher in the Paradise Tower away from the elevators and facing the...

A good hotel located at lhe end of the strip. This hotel has a great variety of things to do- swimming, gambling!,shopping and also good restaurants. The rooms are very good and spotlessly clean. The staff are all very pleasant and helpful.

We traveled to Vegas with the family. 3 teenagers and 2 toddlers. The hotel was nice, clean and the beds were comfy. On the downside, the pool closed at 7:30 p.m. and there were no kid appropriate TV channels, i.e. Disney or Nick Jr. Great place for the adults, although the hotel lacks that Vegas pizazz....... The exterior is blaugh and boring.

This hotel even though on the strip is what I would consider average. The rooms are nice, but overall the hotel is definitely what I would call "nothing special" compared to the rest of the properties on the strip.

The hotel looks very nice now... All new interior and paint, etc... The Casino furniture (tables, chairs, bars) looks all new too.

Do not forget about the $20 "Resort Fee", so stupid... Most hotels are now applying this after the room has been booked. So when you get a rate of $100, it's really costing you $120. They tell you the Fee goes towards all kinds of stuff, but when you read the fine print, everything it "entitles" you to is worthless (except free-wifi).

I like the location, because it's near MGM Grand, Mandalay and NY-NY.

Room Tip: Just ask to be as close to the casino as you can. Otherwise you will be placed SUPER FAR away, we f...
