We had wonderful stay the staff was friendly and very helpful , The gaming quality was excelent we broke about even but then we are cautious gamblers . We took tours of Vegas on tour busses whichthe drivers were very good at pointing out the sights and homes of noted celeberties such as Wayne Newton ,and Jerry Lewis to name a few .
The trip to lake Mead was outstanding and beautiful . We look forward to returning to vegas .

We stayed at the MGM but during our travels we found our way over to the Tropicana to watch some football and play some blackjack on Sunday. Both experiences were absolutely fantastic. The staff were the friendiest we encountered on our 4 day "adventure". Thomas at the bar and Olga & _ were exceptional. The casino was clean as can be and had very little smoke which was weclomed after being in the MGM casino (WAYYY too smokey). Everyone we encountered was great and this is where we all agreed to stay next time.

We stayed at the Tropicana late August/September. We loved it from the minute we arrived which was to the lovely aroma of coconut, sunshine, music, friendly staff and nice bright surroundings. The room was very clean, we were also upgraded which was a bonus as we were getting married while in Vegas! (thanks to Patricia on the bookings desk for that) We had one incident following the use of one of the hotel services during our stay. This was dealt with and solved in a good responsive manner by Sommer the Bell Captain, thanks again. We stayed in the Club Tower which was great, as we could escape to our room for a rest as it was quiet when we wanted to get away from the busy strip! Food was reasonable at the pool café and the pool was excellent. We had one meal in the restaurant which was excellent. I recommend a stay at this hotel while visiting Las Vegas

We are just about to leave after 2weeks in room 1205 which has good strip view, twin queen beds & a fantastic maid who keeps the room spotless.
This hotel is a lot smaller than most on the strip and isn't heavily themed which we feel is a bonus, it's clean and bright, staff are helpful. The worst part of the hotel is that the pool is a bit small for the size of the hotel but is ok.
Fantastic budget hotel but if money's no object try the Wynn/ Oncore "sheer Class"
Ps; Don,t get ripped off by the taxi drivers at the Airport tell them to avoid the collector road you want to go up Las Vagas blv'd, should be less than $10 but the long route will cost $24+

Room Tip: Try an Email before you arrive asking for a free upgrade, it was our 25th wedding anniversary and th...

We had a spa suite on the 21st floor. Rennovated and wonderful! Jacuzzi and steam room, kitchenette table, sitting area. Great room.

And - most importantly - CLEAN!

I love the casino - loose enough slots to enjoy yourself and not just throw your money away, Small yet bright and airly.... a fun place without the crowds and rif raf. Gleaming white tiles are your first hint to how clean and bright the area is.

Last year we left Caesars and it was so crowded...cabs everywhere - a regular cattle call.

The tropicana with it's small venue - and wonderful pool - was a breeze. Staff were considerate and checkout was a breeze.

I did notice the street noise level in the two hotels we were in was quite loud...but other than that, the bed was AMAZING.

Came here for a show in June for Dancing With the Stars and the lobby area really appealed to me- the relative calmness (I like balance). So when it came for me to help my friend find hotel rooms for her birthday this weekend, I wanted to stay here- plus found a good deal online.

Arrived around 2 PM & found that the registration line was starting up. Had a trainee get our rooms, but the manager helped us do a mini upgrade to get two conjoined rooms in the Club Tower. Perfect, since we wanted to visit the pool a few times during our stay. We were pretty sure that the online special we got included the resort fees, but the manager comped us anyways. So nice of him! In no time, we were in our rooms and they were lovely. I've stayed in a few hotels on the Strip (Excalibur, Sands, Caesar's, Monte Carlo) and I liked how refreshing it was, really liked the shutters- nice touch. Had a nice view to the pool area and a New York skyline. Never touched/turned on the tv, but it looked like a nice size. Loved the ipod docks- good motivator while getting ready for the evening... and the mirrors! Plenty of them to check and recheck yourself before going out.

People say that the bathrooms looked a little outdated, but I disagree. Yes, they used oddly warm colors, but it was spacious and the fixtures worked fine, that's all I need. I remember them saying there would be complimentary waters, but I didn't see any on neither day. Hmmm...

The pool area is nice, but smaller than I thought. We had trouble finding chairs (looks like people stake them out all day), but eventually people started clearing out. The jacuzzi jets were oddly loud and awkward- I couldn't talk to the person next to me. Strange. We never ate at the hotel, since we did the 24-hr buffet, so I cannot comment on the restaurants. We did get some drinks at the bar & the girls were pretty nice there.

The Club tower was a bit far of a walk- wished there was an easier and faster way to get to the parking lot! We saw Thunder From Down Under across the bridge the first night we got there, so that was super helpful in terms of location. Overall, I really liked staying at a chill, quiet room after clubbing & drinking all night.

Room Tip: If you want to be close to the pool & quiet, choose the Club Tower. But keep in mind that it is...

Thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed review, we really do appreciate it. I apologize the water was not left in your room and this has been addressed.
