If you're going to vegas dont stay anywhere else but here at the Venetian. I know there are deals going on for extremely low rates for 3-4 star hotels but pay extra and stay here because really at the end of the day you get what you pay for and this hotel was worth every penny and more.
Each corner of the hotel is a work of art, truly breath taking, the rooms are just lovely, with everything you can imagine available at any time specially thanks to the ever obliging staff.
I must say a special thank you to Mr. Benjamin Scholl who went out of his way to help us when we came across an issue (lousy time share sellers) who had nothing to do with the hotel, yet Mr. Scholll took it upon himself to help us even though it wasn't related to the Venetian. That just goes to show how much they truly care about their guests having a good time at their establishment, which I can say without a doubt is top notch.
We'll not even consider any other hotel but the Venetian when we go to Vegas again.

It has all the amenities you would expect of any hotel and the quality is very good. The most impressive part is the fake skies above a little recreation of Venice. The setting is beautiful and you'll forget you're actually in a hotel. Plenty of places to eat and shop inside the hotel, albeit quite overpriced.
The hotel suite was very luxury and very much worth the price. The only disadvantage was that the hotel is so big it's very easy to get lost inside. It also felt like that the hotel part was not its main business and you'll notice that it's actually very inconvenient staying here. It's a lengthy walk from the parking lot to the suites and to access them you have to go through the casino as there's no direct way of getting there from the parking lot. In fact pretty much everything you want to do, you have to go through the casino first.
Do make sure to get a room with a view of the strip though because if you're on the other side of the building all you get to see from the window is the ugly rooftop of the hotel's expo center.

Room Tip: Get a room with a strip view, the other side has a view of the ugly rooftop of the expo

Dear Guest,

Thank you for sharing your experience on TripAdvisor. The Venetian | The Palazzo combine to create the world’s largest five diamond resort and while this is impressive, it can also make finding things challenging. Since you mentioned that you had trouble navigating our property I recommend The Venetian | The Palazzo mobile application for your next visit. When downloaded onto your GPS-enabled smart phone this application will give you turn by turn directions as you navigate our opulent and large property. It is my sincere hope that I will have the pleasure of welcoming you back in the near future.

I had the opportunity to stay at the Venetian while attending a conference here is month. Although our plane arrive early in the morning, we were quickly checked in and catching sun poolside. We went for a midweek get away and really enjoyed the Venetian. The staff were great and the property was managed well. We spent a lot of time in the spa area and it was excellent! The ambiance is fun and energetic but not too loud. It has a sense of romance to it and also plenty of excitement and fun. Exploring both sides (Venetian and Palazzo) is a nice bonus and both had some advantages over the other. The room was spacious and had great features. We loved the stay!

Loved everything about this hotel. It is THE place to stay on the Strip. Although busy, you never feel too crowded (except at the pool - see below).
Check-in was a breeze. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times - all our questions were easily answered. We were travelling with our two children (10 and 8) and they always felt very welcome.
The Grand Canal Shoppes section is incredible. The decor, Venice-like feeling was wonderful. Eating on a terrace in St-Mark's square was so much fun, the ambiance was just great, exciting yet relaxing. Great food selection, in all price ranges.
The main pool area was a overcrowded, too party-like and not quite our scene. We then discovered the 10th floor pool in the Venezia tower, which was heavenly - so beautiful and relaxing, with nice spas.
The rooms are spacious, confortable and you want to stay behind a bit and enjoy the sunk-in living room.
I would definitely stay here on any return trip!

This is my second stay at this hotel. I opted for an upgrade to a suite on arrival. The room was a good size but no view at all on the 6th floor.

What was shocking was that there was no tea/coffee making facility in the room!

The rooms are a little worn and dated. But it's still a delightful and axing hotel. The place is very expensive though and a continental breakfast for three cost $37. That's two coffees and three bagels.

What's also disappointing is that despite the room cost, resort tax and such like the fitness gym cost more again. Shame!

We won't be returning and have already booked another hotel on the strip for our return gambling tour.
