The best resort in vegas, was visiting in 2009 for the NAB Show.
Comfortable suites, ingredible beds, nice restaurants, the best ever salads in Grand Lux Cafe located near to casino, spacious Jacuzzi in near to pool area. Everything in this Hotel was AAAA.

I thought this was a wonderful place to stay. The staff was ultra courtous, and everything was beautiful and clean.
We stayed 4 days and never left the hotel! First time I have ever done that in Vegas! Partly because we were always wandering around looking for things. They are supposed to have 10 pools and never found one until the last day :( But, while you are wandering around, if you let yourself go, you start to feel as if you really are in Italy.
The food everywhere we ate was excellent. Not cheap, but that is Vegas. Would recommend Bouchon and Cafe Luxe.
I would have rated them a 5, but we had a problem after we left. After we had gotten about 2 hours away, we realized that we had left 2 bags of items in our room. We called and told them. For the next 9 days and many phone calls, it apparently is boxed and on the way.
It seems like once they have your money, they are not concerned about taking care of you. Getting connected to the right person, or actually even talking to a person is impossible.
This experience has totally ruined all the good feelings I had about the trip.

Dear Guest,

Thank you for choosing The Venetian as your host during your recent visit. I am delighted to learn that you enjoyed your suite and our facilities but was also very disappointing to learn that your visit was not a complete success. It is disheartening to learn that you were subjected to less than exemplary standards when coordinating the shipment of the items that were left behind.

Our standard is to treat each guest with the highest regard and utmost respect. I am greatly sorry that this was not your experience during your entire stay. Please be assured that we will also share your experience with the various areas mentioned in your comment so that the service challenges can be addressed.

We understand that there are many travel options when visiting this city. We sincerely value your patronage, and hope that this atypical experience will not deter you from visiting our property again.

Kind regards,

Guest Relations

It was my first time going to Vegas and my boyfriend and I actually went to get married there. We stayed at the Venetian for 5 nights and I have few complaints really. It was super busy at check-in though for a Sunday night so that was kind of surprising considering the size and number of employees at the desk. Oh well though. We were offered an upgrade for $100/night, but we didn't really think it was worth it, they gave us a room with a "view" for free because we were getting married (we looked out at Treasure Island and the pool).

The room was beautiful, spacious, and clean. Any time we needed amenities they brought them right up. Our friends spent a lot of time there so it was really nice to have the extra living area so they didn't all have to sit on our bed. I definitely agree with everyone else about the casino and hotel being super confusing at first...it took me at least a day to figure everything out and a lot of halls connect to places you wouldn't have thought they do lol. Walgreens was super convenient (although still a hike from the room....which everything basically was so plan on walking of course) and the skywalk to Treasure Island and the Margarita Bar outside was key for us that week. The location was fantastic and it was a really great experience for my first time in Vegas, but for the price and for everything else we checked out while we were there, I will probably try other hotels. But I would definitely recommend this one! and probably will end up staying there again anyway because the room size was so awesome.

Room Tip: ask for a view upgrade

Stayed for 5 nites, the room was lovely. However there are a few things that would make it perfect. Such as a coffee maker in the room, a frig instead of the mini bar, and free internet. The room was very clean, however the bus/ shuttle area had a horrible odor of garbage. But all in all it is a beautiful hotel and I would stay there again

I stayed in a Luxury Suite on the 35th floor over looking the 5 pools and could just barely see Mr. Wynn's golf course. The suite was really incredible - dining room table with TV work area separate living room area, electronic blinds that made the room really dark for sleeping. Super big mater and bath, along with a half bath in the foyer. Very comfortable and quite! The casino was undergoing some renovation at the Venetian but the Palazzo's casino was a bit more energetic and lively any way - it a short walk through the resort's Venetian themed shopping area complete with indoor gondola rides and square. Restaurants were awesome! Check out and check in can be a hassle due to the sheer volume of people that can stay at the hotel. Checking out I ate lunch at the casino and everything quieted down by 12:00 noon and I got a cab to the airport with no wait.

Super larger Jr Suite with updated bathroom. More space then you would ever need. The hotel property has great shopping, dozens of eateries and great headline talent. If you book with Am Ex platinum card you receive dinner for two at a WONDERFUL restaurant and free American breakfast for two (with a very limited and tasteless menu) I love this property because it is close to the big shopping mall across the street and near all of the other action of the Wynn and other great resorts. Three is a $20 day resort fee and if you want connecting rooms it is another $10/day!

Room Tip: Trade in the American breakfast if you can for menu items on their regular menu and you will then ha...
