1st floor room noisy first night moved to middle second floor. unloaded luggage lugged it upstairs to find new door card did not work. had to lug it back down. ac/heater is noisy but i shut it off before i went to bed. wake up call did not work. no do not disturb sign. toilet bowl flapper satyed up after flushing water runs continuosly until jiggling the handle alot. But room was clean enough for me, no bed bugs seen. tv worked. hot water took along time to shower, but circus circus had no hot water per people i talked to. room was the cheapest i could find. last night stayed at hooters hotel and casino for $20 but they charge you a $8.95 daily service fee (hidden in the fine print on the website). But was better rooms than americas best value.

The location to the strip was great a real bonus being a solo traveler close to all the action. First impressions was as I expected for what I had paid for the room. The exterior and interior was kept in reasonable condition and beds were comfortable enough. If you are looking for a cheep room just to sleep in I still wouldn't recommend this accommodation as the aircon was louder than a jet engine.
As for safety, I didn't have any problems nor did I feel unsafe but as for others who have commented about being unsafe I feel very lucky.
Next time I visit Las Vegas I will spend a little more and stay in one of the hotels on the strip.

This place is kind of creepy and didn't feel safe.
I was afraid to have a shower because the bath was covered in black stuff.

Sure, it's cheap, but you can find some great deals in Vegas if you look around a bit.
I will not go back here.

The only reason I stayed at this hotel was because it was included as part of a tour. We were actually pre warned by our tour manager that it was going to be the worst hotel of the tour and the company only chose it because of its location - right on the strip in Vegas. The breakfast on offer was decent (cereal, toast, some hot food, coffee/tea/juice), or you could walk out front to the Coco's restaurant for a more pleasant experience.

The hotel rooms were an ok size but a bit cramped with our luggage and 2 people moving around in there. Bathroom was the worst part, in serious need of an upgrade and most of us had trouble working our showers as they were jammed. A few people on our tour also reported bed bugs and dirty bathrooms/sheets. Overall not the most pleasant experience, and I would never stay here again. If I ever go to Vegas again I would definitely pay extra to stay in one of the higher class hotels, sometimes cheap is fine but in this case, it was not.

I stayed here as i was travelling with a tour group and this is where we stayed.

I was a bit worried about staying here as there have been bad reviews etc however i found the hotel fine.

Bathroom had a nice shower, Room was large, big TV and two double beds were fine.

Found the staff really helpful and friendly and it felt safe there,

Its not the flashest hotel but its great value if your on a budget and its so close to the strip.

This hotel would be good for those who have very little money and just need a place to put their things. If you can afford $99/night, there are many better options for you if you have a bit of time to plan. Hooters Casino Hotel is just next door and, even as a single woman, I would have even preferred to stay there!

During my stay, the AC/heating unit was so loud that you could hear the noise outside the room and couldn't possibly sleep while it was working. If I wanted to get any rest, I had to bundle up and sleep without any heat.

The walls are paper-thin and you can hear all of the outside noise. The one night I was there, either the staff or locals were in the parking lot and causing a ruckus. I could hear every word they were yelling and the noise persisted all night without any intervention from hotel management.

There are no elevators, so if you are located on an above-ground floor, you will have to carry your luggage up the stairs yourself.

Note: This is a hotel used by large group tours so the hotel is often busy with lots of young people.
