“The Good, the Bad and the Ugly”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 9, 2013

Overall we liked this place.
the Good: quiet location, friendly staff, pool was nice, free shuttle to "the strip" was a nice surprise
the Bad: Shuttle back from the strip, patio doors that were hard to open, the screen door that fell out, light bulbs missing from the dilapidated fixture in the bathroom, AC sounded like we were in an aquarium, a soft spot in the floor outside the elevator (some one is going to have a bad day discovering that spot)
the Ugly: one very nasty stain on a dining chair

My boyfriend and I was staying there while I stay in Vegas, the rooms are very nice full equipment so you can go shopping and no made any meal out if you prefer it has a big pool and jacuzzi this was to hot, the building is very quiet, is 10 min again from strip at two blocks you a have a groceries store and starbucks, the wi fi in the lobby is free but is terrible, the last two days I'll never be able to connect so I have to buy the internet in my room for 24 hrs is 10 dlls, I had a nice stay the personal is friendly but they only made their job do not raise the bar, just do what suppose to do.

They have a bus it out every hour to the strip so you can take it also on fridays they take you to do groceries shop, and on the morning they set up an coffe break with beagles, coffe and tea

While my stay no one the housekeeping never show up so I had to clean my own room and one dya of the week they was checking the fire alarm and the noise was to much but not big deal.

Room Tip: Ask for the rooms near to the pool is the est view and very quiet

Stayed for a week in March and had a great time. Location is perfect, 5 minute drive to the strip yet in a quiet neighborhood. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially with tickets for the many shows available. Having the pool and hot tub open 24 hours was a real plus after spending most of the day walking on the strip. Would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: Rooms on the back side, overlooking the parking lot were very quiet.

postive nice bedrooms with big compfy beds. Lots of pillows. Very clean and absolutley no noise. Stayed across from tenjis court.
Nice kithenette with everything you would need . From a home away from home.

negative side
As time share owners you would expect reliable, high speed fast internet. You should not have to forge out extras!
Another thing some nice movie chanal on TV would have been nice when you stay there for a week!

The staff needs to learn to be more open and chat! I find that as a European irratating!

Other than that we were pleasantly surprised!

It was 5 women that stayed here about 3 weeks ago for my daughter's 21st birthday. We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was very roomy for all of us. Having plates, silverware and etc was a big plus. We enjoyed the fact that it was off the strip (no noise or long waits for elevators) and utilized the complimentary shuttle to get to and from the strip, and taxis when the shuttle was not convenient. The only issues were that there were hairs in the bathroom from previous guests, the sleeper sofa mattress looked old & worn and did not have a mattress pad, and the blanket for it looked like a moth had eaten it (as well as the replacement I asked for). The dresser looked old. Although Joel, Angela & Tyler at the front desk were very professional and helpful, Maria acted like it was a bother to help with anything.

Yes the cleaners came in only once a week but what more do you need unless you just trash the place every day. Nice open kitchen with all the necessities such as glasses, plates and cookware. Nice sized balcony and very quiet on the top floor, never heard a peep from anywhere. Swimming pool isn't large but I or one other guest was there so seemed good enough for doing laps. They have several different activities so suggest you take advantage of their free 1-877-700-1154 phone number. The picture of grand piano does exist but you have to stay in Club 1, Club 2 is nice but different. The Club building layout is such that the piano is in the timeshare show building. We were in C but just a pleasant jont out the back on the pathway, past the pool and to the elevator that shares C and D. I did not mind walking past the house keeping storage. Take note, the shuttle always stops at Club 1 first.

Maintenence is immediate and convient. Changed a bulb and an A/C filter soon as I called.

Room Tip: As mentioned Club 1 gets the shuttle first. Top floors were dead quiet during the Spring Break rush...

This hotel advertises itself with some gorgeous pictures. a bit better than what you actually get. The FO staffer Tayler gave us a very good room with pool view. I am grateful to him. There's NO HOUSEKEEPING in the four days we were there. You have to make your own bed and ask for extra towels etc. The security staff bring what you ask for at nights and when I tried to tip him, he politely refused my $5 note. I thought that is very big of him. He should just take the tip.

The breakfast consists of one kind of Bagel and one kind of cream cheese and one coffee and tea. There are no shops nearby but if you have a rental car ($10 a day from Dollar) you are very conveniently situated and a short drive from the strip.

They have good quality soap and shampoos. They have a mini golf, lots of pools, Jaccuzzi, game room, mini-cinema, etc. So there is lots of activities (which we had no time to enjoy). There were no kids to my surprise. So the pool was all quiet.

We cannot lie, dishonesty hater. We would much rather your headline had said, “They have good quality soap and shampoos.” At least we could put you in a nice room with a pleasant view. As a timeshare resort, we offer a midweek cleaning on weeklong stays. Daily housekeeping service is available upon request. We are also more than happy to replenish or replace any item upon notification. The breakfast you refer to is actually something we call The Morning Wakeup. It consists of all the items you mention and is a great way to start the day. There are two exceptional diners within reasonable walking and easy driving distance of our resort, one to the east, the other to the west, if you seek a larger breakfast. Thank you for sharing your comments. We appreciate your feedback and hope you will consider us again.
