Casual yet charming, the interior's vibrant lights illuminate the one-of-a-kind hand painted murals that line the walls alongside numerous plasma screen televisions. With state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems, Diablo's Cantina provides a high-energy environment that is an enchanting complement to its enticing menu and diverse cocktail offerings. The main level of Diablo's Cantina features a dining area and walk-up frozen/specialty drink bar, while the second floor provides an unparalleled outdoor setting with an open-air bar and stage for live entertainment, all with spectacular views of the Las Vegas Strip at the best mexican restaurant las vegas. Diablo's Cantina has created a menu filled with Mexican cuisine ranging in flavors and spices. Diablo's Cantina focuses on the authenticity of Mexico's signature flavors and celebrates the comfort of the regional fare. Never one to skimp on quality, Diablo's Cantina serves hand-made guacamole and the freshest vegetables and meat into his double-stuffed burritos. In addition to fiery nacho and taco options, other tempting menu items include Stuffed Quesadillas and Sizzling Fajitas. For those diners who shy away from spice, Diablo's Cantina also offers equally impressive American bites, including Diablo's Jumbo Burger and BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich. Diablo's Cantina features two bars filled with cocktails. Drinks like these were meant to be enjoyed any time of day; try a midday Mai-Tai or a Diablo's Signature Margarita that has been declared one of the "best margaritas on the strip" before you continue your fiesta out on the town.

Fun atmosphere right on the Strip. Creative menu, but average food. Expensive drinks, like most locations on the Strip.

“Way, way overpriced”
Reviewed June 6, 2013

$20 for two steak enchlidas (no sides) and $20 for three fish tacos! Prices very high and value poor in my opinion. Food was decent, service was friendly but very slow. Atmosphere similar to BW3...lots of sports TVs and loud music. Don't go if you want to have a dinner conversation. Opens up to the strip.

“Keep Walking”
Reviewed June 5, 2013

Showed up with a large group. Pulled some tables together and the waiter went nuts. Grabbed the table in extreme anger, told us to get the #&@% out and not to come back. Probably explains why the place was empty and it has so many poor reviews. Want to be treated with respect? then dont stop here!!!!!!! A better alternative would be the Irish pub in New York New York. Had a great time there and felt welcome.

“Drinks? That could be a problem!”
Reviewed June 4, 2013

Went to diablos on the tuesday with a friend for a drink, had a couple of Budweisers and enjoyed the scantily clad girls.
After a pleasant first Visit we decided to go again on the wednesday this time with a couple of more friends. There were no chairs available at the bar so we sat on one of the many empty tables and awaited our table server. After she deducted that we only wanted drinks, she advised that tables were only for food and drinks. i explained we had already eaten and that we would have sat at the bar had there been any space.
She then abruptly said that those were the rules and that we should order food or leave.
i wouldn't have too much of a problem had the place been busy but they must of had at least 12 tables empty. I find it poor that we were spoken to like that and i hope that someone pays a little more attention to customer service in the future, especially in the states where service has a normally great service reputation.
