Casual yet charming, the interior's vibrant lights illuminate the one-of-a-kind hand painted murals that line the walls alongside numerous plasma screen televisions. With state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems, Diablo's Cantina provides a high-energy environment that is an enchanting complement to its enticing menu and diverse cocktail offerings. The main level of Diablo's Cantina features a dining area and walk-up frozen/specialty drink bar, while the second floor provides an unparalleled outdoor setting with an open-air bar and stage for live entertainment, all with spectacular views of the Las Vegas Strip at the best mexican restaurant las vegas. Diablo's Cantina has created a menu filled with Mexican cuisine ranging in flavors and spices. Diablo's Cantina focuses on the authenticity of Mexico's signature flavors and celebrates the comfort of the regional fare. Never one to skimp on quality, Diablo's Cantina serves hand-made guacamole and the freshest vegetables and meat into his double-stuffed burritos. In addition to fiery nacho and taco options, other tempting menu items include Stuffed Quesadillas and Sizzling Fajitas. For those diners who shy away from spice, Diablo's Cantina also offers equally impressive American bites, including Diablo's Jumbo Burger and BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich. Diablo's Cantina features two bars filled with cocktails. Drinks like these were meant to be enjoyed any time of day; try a midday Mai-Tai or a Diablo's Signature Margarita that has been declared one of the "best margaritas on the strip" before you continue your fiesta out on the town.

“If you like to people watch”

This place is cool before you ever step foot in it. They were able to seat us right away but we waited for a table in the front. We got a table for four since we had two more joining us later for drinks. As you would expect they had a great selection of drinks and Mexican beer on tap. Our waitress Katie had the heads of all the men and women turning as she walked by. She was very pleasant, answered some question we had and made some suggestions. I got the chicken nachos and my wife the Chile Relento. (Probably spelled wrong) Yes it was $17 for a plate of Chicken Nachos but it was cover with topping and enough for me and our two friends to eat off of when they arrived. My wife said hers was excellent also. Our friend got a raspberry drink that was the best I tasted in Vegas. Our table overlooked the sidewalk and intersection so there was lots to see. Cool place, if you want to take a break and do some people watching.

“Pricey but Good”
Reviewed November 9, 2012

Grabbed food at the first place we passed by. Diablo's is a cool spot, it is expensive since it is right on the strip. $14 burrito, $12 margaritas but if you're expecting cheaper in such a prime location, then you are mistaken. Nice bar, watched some football on sunday afternoon, a mesh of different fans visiting on vacation made it fun. Had the pulled pork burrito which was pretty good, very filling. The queso fundido was huge and almost a meal in itself, the girlfriend had the veggie burrito, also very good. The food stuffed us until we hit a buffet later on that night.

“Good location, Good atmosphere; food...not so much.”
Reviewed November 8, 2012

Stopped by here on our way to see Blue Man Group at Monte Carlo. Fun atmosphere, reasonably fast and attentive service. Food was not hot and only moderately tasty. Like so much of Vegas ...... a lot of hype but not much substance. Don't bother.

“Good food, good location”
Reviewed November 8, 2012

Had the steak burrito, chips and salsa, was plenty of food, salsa was great, thick and chunky, TV's everywhere, right on the strip, you can enjoy the game, and people watch all day long.
