“Great spot! Great rooms!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 29, 2010

Stayed here for one night with my partner.

Check in took about 10 mins, given a strip view room on 25th floor. Beautiful room, great bed, modern decor. Huge bathroom.

Dined at the Kahunaville poolside restaurant twice. Great food. Had cocktails by the pool. Great POOL!

Great spot for under 30 crowd. Not an overly old crowd (no offense), which is great, and although the place used to be targeting younger family crowds, it has changed to more of an adult themed resort.

Highly recommend it.

This was my second time to Las Vegas, where I previously stayed at the MGM Grand. Treasure Island offers rooms at excellent rates which enable you to splurg and upgrade for the same price as a standard room in some of the 4 & 5 star hotels. We upgrades to a Tower Suite and we weren't disappointed either.

The suite was massive! 2 Bathrooms, large bed, living area so more than enough for our week long stay. Checking in was pretty simple and we didn't face the massive queues other reviews had led me to believe I would face.

The hotel as a whole is a typical casio, nothing too flash that stands out. But is is home to one of the several Cirque de Soliel shows Mystere. We enquired upon check in for discounted tickets and got given vouchers for 2 for 1 which we took advantage of. We also saw Zumanity which is shown at New York, New York and again you won't be disappointed.

Location is perfect, the hotel is on the strip and all the other hotels are a short walk away. The Fashion Mall is right next door, so for all you keen shoppers you won't have far to carry your bags.

I would also recommend you visit the outdoor outlet mall which is about a 10 minute taxi ride from the hotel. Loads of bargains to be had!

We were disappointed that throughout our stay the Sirens show outside on the strip was out of action due to maintenance work. But on the flip side this might have been a good thing as our room overlooked the strip and no doubt we would have been disturbed by the show each night.

Great value for money, which gives you everything you need during your stay whilst giving you the budget to spend in the casinos and shops.

Reserved thru Expedia, with air fare it wasn't a bad price. Until you get there.. They charge you a resort fee of 20.00 per night per room ( we had two rooms). This resort fee was so they could offer exceptional free or half price services. The internet never worked the night club was handing out free passes to everyone on the casino floor and the half price lunch Buffet coupon was one for 4 days. Buy one beer get one free? The beer costs $7.00 each. go down the road and get one for $1.oo I was able to get one resort fee credited back and the ont he rest the front desk clerk was rude. NO Thanks and will never go back

Rooms are tastefully contemporary but the beds were too soft for us and there was not enough pillows but we got by and had a good stay. Check-in was painful, 50 mins in the queue not good if you have a displaced knee and two slipped discs, but who wants to make a fuss? Generally the hotel was clean, well kept and the staff were brilliant. The location was good but you can only walk so far in110F heat. The pool is nothing special but there are plenty of beds and you can cool off. The steak restaurant was fantastic and good value.

Having stayed at the TI before (Aug 2008) I knew what to expect from TI, and they didn't let me down. This time was a 10 night stay. There was no check in que, they had 7 reception staff there checking in guests, and check out was just the same.
The room was a good size, King Bed with plenty of room for all of the shopping bags. The housekeeping department did a great job, no complaints with the cleanliness of the room or bathroom and they were always friendly.
Valet staff were always happy to help as were the reception staff and bell desk.
Food in the casino is not the best and over prices, I ate elsewhere most nights as there are plenty of other places to choose from.
The Walgreens across the road is a blessing.
All the TI needs to do is add a fridge to ALL rooms and it would be even better. You can request one but they don't have many so definately contact them as soon as you book to ask for one in your room.
All in all another great stay - I will be back to stay again.

I've stayed at numerous places in Vegas, I like to try a different place each time to get a good idea of what they're like. I'd say TI could've been MUCH better.

The Location is awesome, right in the centre of the strip. Walking distance to pretty much everything.

But for the price you pay you can get much better value in Vegas. The service was awful, the bedroom wasn't as clean as it could have been (rips in the comforter, cleaning products left int he tub, some unknown mark on the headboard that clearly could have been cleaned off). To top it off we paid for a suite, you'd expect better. Mind u the suite did look very nice and it had two GIANT bathrooms, which was amazing.

There wasn't an awful lot of late night food options, there was only one restaurant that was open late...no fast food or anything. You'd have to walk out to the strip to get a late night snack.

The Casino was mediocre, I didn't spend much time gambling there. I prefered other casinos.

Pool was very small and quite crowded.

You can save more money by going to the Mirage and it's a much nicer hotel, better service, awesome casino and AMAZING pool...not to mention the adults only pool at the mirage is a lot of fun as well. I'd sooner recomend a stay at the mirage.

TI is in one of the best locations on the strip. We rented a car, but could have easily walked to our favorite spots. When we did need use of our car - the parking attendants were fast. If you forget something there is a Walgreens or the Fashion Mall very close by. The casino smelled fresh, and room didn't have that funky smell when you walk in like most hotels. Our room was clean and tastefully decorated; the bed could have been more comfortable. The bathroom was great, with a nice selection of shampoo and soap. The shower had a small shower head, which took some time to rinse out my hair. Gym was very nice, just a little hard to find. The pool is small, but will get the job done if you need to cool off. We did not eat at buffet. We ate breakfast twice at Kahunaville - and it was a very good value if you want to watch your portions at breakfast. Go to Kahunaville for a late night snack and cocktail - very, very fun. We ate at the Isla - I would just go there for margaritas and chips and salsa. Dinner was just okay - but the margaritas were the best I ever had. I don't agree with the business decision to slip in a "resort fee". That puts the employees at the front desk in a bad position to collect the additional $22 per night, when their guests think they have paid in full. Front desk clerks are left to explain and defend the fee that should be incorporated into the overall nightly cost. We thought we were paying $63 per night - when it was all said and done with tax it was more like $90 per night. I would say the hotel is worth the $90, but I would prefer to have a clear understanding of what I am paying for, and I get annoyed when establishments try to squeeze in charges like that. Yes, I would reccomend, but I would warn people of that resort fee.
