Have stayed at this motel twice and both times were pretty good. I have nothing really to complain about, its an average motel, rooms are pretty worn out, but it was clean and cheap. If you are out the whole day exploring Vegas and will only sleep here a few hours per night it should be fine. Its nothing fancy, but its OK if you are on a budget and just looking for somewhere cheap to stay.
The location is kinda remote, its on the strip, but far awar from all the larger hotels, you gotta take the bus or a cab to go somewhere. Also, to warn sensitive travellers - there are a lot of stripclubs/ adult shops around, and people look kinda werid at you if you are a lonely girl walking on the streets close to the motel (just sayin!), also think I saw a prostitute :/ so the area is not the best unfortunately ... so its not recomended to walk around alone in the area when its dark...
If you are driving - parking is free! The motel has a pool as well, never used it, but I guess it looked OK, saw some people sunbathing around the pool.
The motel also has an cuban restaurant, don't know if its good, but they serve breakfast for a pretty cheap price.
