Beautiful place, love the rooms, very comfortable and clean,
very classy. Got there on a Saturday and left on a Tuesday.
Love the different restaurant and the casino.
The service was excelent, and very friendly.
Had a great time. We travel with another couple.
They also stay at the Aria.
We will definitively go back again. Love the place.

On our arrival at the Aria the check in desk was extremely busy and there was no queueing system which resulted in a bit of a "free for all" so dissapointed at their lack of organisation. When our turn did come, I was advised that my reservation had been cancelled. After assuring the desk clerk this was not so and providing the evidence from my previous correcpondence with the Hotel, she checked with her manager. The manager did not even have the courtesy to come and speak to us, instead, she left the clerk to come back and advise that they would put us up for 1 night and then check with the booking company. After insisting that she recheck her records did she eventually check the named partied and found our reservation. If she or the manager had bothered to read the documentation I had given them they would have seen who the reservation was under! Was not felt welcomed at all and it soured the start of our holiday. Saying that, we did not have any other issues with the remaining service at the hotel. The TV broke down a couple of times, which was annoying, given it a "state of the art" Hotel. However, it was fixed promptly. Overall, a bit dissapointed. Hotel looks good but not all its cracked up to be. Would not book again.

Room Tip: Insist on a city view and the deluxe rooms are not deluxe they are standard.

Aria, is a beautiful hotel. Very modern. The decoration is contemporary modern infuse with Technology. The beds are very comfortable. the room rates are great but the cost of food is astronomical. The location is great just make sure you bring comfortable walking shoes. The views are very nice. AWESOME place. Will for sure come back.

I stayed at Aria for one night before I had a conference starting the next few days at another hotel. When I got to the hotel check-in line look very long but it went pretty fast a little less than 10 minutes, but they did have a person handing out bottled waters so that was nice after being on a airplane for 5 years.
Got to the room and I was impressed, I have stay at about 8 different hotels on the strip and this ranks up top of all of them. Room was a little larger than most standard rooms. The tablet that controlled the room was a nice touch and pretty easy to learn how to use. I liked the bathroom a lot in that it had both a Shower and Soaking Tub right there. Bed was very comfortable.
Had a view of the Vdara and Cosmo and could see a small bit of the strip.
Casino was nice and the table mins were not to bad the night I stayed as the 3 card poker tables and the craps tables were 10 each. Only ate at the little sandwich shop with all the deserts and it was good. I hope to stay again and for longer next time.

Stayed here on business trip. Staff are over the top. Very polite and very helpful. Rooms beautiful. I had been upgraded to a corner suite and it was awesome. Food is excellent. The spa and health facilities are top notch. Great shopping nearby. Easy walk to main drag. Buffet spectacular. Only place I would stay in Vegas!!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Aria. The hotel is dead center of the strip so the perfect location. Big and beautiful place. Everything is still in new condition. The casino level is very nice but the slots are tight or maybe I just don't have the best of luck. We stay in a corner suite which is one of the nicest rooms I've ever stayed in. The controls for the curtains, lights and TV are not as hard to deal as others were saying. Another plus was the toilet, very fancy. You will understand what I mean the first time you sit on it. The corner suite is a nice size and worth the money if you really want to do Vegas right. Also the bathroom was very impressive and the beds are great. Oh the corner suite has 1 and a half baths, worked out great for us. The corner suite has the stocked mini bar but also has a regular fridge with an ice maker and room to store your personal drinks and snacks! The deluxe rooms only have the mini bar. We will return to the Aria one day but I have to try Encore first.

Room Tip: Get a corner suite on a high floor.

We stayed for 3 nights at the end of a trip to the USA. The room was on the 12th floor and had views of the strip. We ate at the Thai, world buffet and tapas restaurants and the food was great. There was one negative to our stay. Housekeeping through out some of our toiletries including our electric toothbrush and charger for razor. We complained as soon as we discovered things missing. Security came to the room and then told us the front desk would contact us, they didn't. At checkout we asked again and was told we had been given food credit but as we had paid for food in cash it was of no use to us. The assistant front desk manager (Trevin Wilson) gave us $120 compensation and was the first person who actually apologised for what had happened. Despite this we enjoyed our stay and would go back.
