I stayed in the courtyard . It's a very old property , and in is need of remodeling . A bit rundown . Every question I asked , such as which pool is open and is it heated, and about large vehicle parking ,was answered with , I dont know, and the look ,of I dont care .Usually less expensive places try harder , not so here . The last day there I had the sunday brunch . I asked if they just hadnt brought out the mashed potatoes yet , they had turkey , ham , gravy etc, and they told me they just were just serving hash browns, no mashed potatoes . . That summed up my whole stay there . You take for granted things will be at least average , and are taken by surprise . To many other discount places with better acommodations and prices .

You couldn't walk to the strip. However there was a shuttle service available, but only up to 11pm. Room had a strange smell, not very clean.
People mainly older 60+
Restaurant was really good!
Wouldn't go again to this hotel.

I would never go back to this hotel, the staff were tricky and unfriendly, we were expecting to get a nice room which ended up being disgusting, smelly, no windows to open and not so close to the city as they say they are and the taxis cost a bomb shell!!! try and get the free ride from the hotel as often as possible.the hotels in las vegas have hidden costs for internet etc just watch out!!!would never come back here again people are way too tricky

Room Tip: make sure when you book you are in the main building not the crappy one out back by the rubbish bins

Last week we spent four days and three nights at the Palace station in Las Vegas, Nevada. It is a wonerful hotel and casino that all the locals go to. The help is very nice and are happy to have you as a guest. For the money you can't beat it.

Room Tip: The rooms are all very nice. I always choost a room with a king bed close to the elevator

The first night that my fiance and I were in Vegas, we stayed here. The room was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great experience. We will definitely return to stay here. It was not very far from the strip and was very clean.

yes the hidden costs are a rip off and it is not centrally located but having lived in Las Vegas before I feel very qualified to state that the staff is not the normal make up of vegas. The service was outstanding and in this day and age respect is hard to find. I recommend Place Station to recoginize these three outstanding employees: Brian that serves in the Italian Resturarant and sometimes in the Cafe, Robert/Roberto who tends bar in the irsih Pub. a young female waitress on in the afternoon and New years in the Pub and especially Betty who took care of our Court Yard rooms from 12/30/12 to 1/5/13.
