Rooms need updating.....front desk women need to smile and welcome you. Had maintenance in room twice for toilet and tub. Resolved just inconvenience.
Staff at check in we're all blah, did their job just not friendly, didn't offer upgrades very different stay then all the other times.

My room was suppose to be in the Park ave king size but I was changed to the New Yorker with two Queen beds and the roller coaster right at my window. The screaming and the roller coaster I could hear. The walk from the elevator to my room was scary because at night walking alone was very long before I got to my room

What a epic hotel! Very impressive, the hotel is styled perfectly from the inside out. We loved how the hotel themed carried on through the reception and that you could walk around the streets of New York inside the hotel. There was a pretty good arcade and even a rollercoaster but we didnt ride it. The room itself was a good size and nice and clean. A fridge was not included in the room which was a shame although you can add one to your room at an expense. Good location at the end of the strip
