I really don't understand how this place gets ranked so low? How does this website rank the hotel anyways? It makes no sense. No way Tropicana is better than THEhotel at Mandalay bay and now way NewYorkNewYork is better than MGM Grand. This place rocks and has everything. So many restaurants at this hotel and my favorite is the one with the jungle theme. So delightful. The room is very comfortable and the workers were very friendly. At the check in, they upgraded our room to a suite for free because the hotel was pretty much empty. We went during one of Vegas' slow season. The view was great especially with all the lights from New York New York right across. The KA show, that came with the promotion, was marvelous and spectacular. The only disappointing thing about this hotel is the stupid trams cost money. Why can't it be free just like the one at Aria and Bellagio? Overall, what a fabulous experience.More
