“Great Place”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 21, 2014

Centrally located with a great service and ambience. The rooms are good and clean and plenty of restaurants to eat. I never felt the need to go anywhere for all my needs like gaming and food. The health club and the spa is a great place to spend your free time.

Fun and exciting casino. We had a Fab Deluxe room. Great view of the strip. The bathroom needed updating however it was clean.
We enjoy that Flamingo and Margaritaville and easily accessible to one another.

I have tried other hotels, but I always come back to the Flamingo. The Flamingo is not the ritziest, but it is above average in most categories. Margaritaville restaurant and casino are both lots of fun.

Enjoyed our stay. Just when book online, know that not all rooms are remodeled. You apparently have to ask for certain room/tower to be in remodeled area. I felt that was not clear when making reservations. On another note, our room was very clean and we were told we were not in remodeled tower and could not be when I questioned because of how I had booked online. Also, we were double charged on all nights for the resort fee. The Flamingo billing dept. corrected and refunded those extra charges after we returned home. We loved playing at the casino!

Over the years, they have gone down the strip and imploded the old hotels to make way for the new ones. I hope the Flamingo is next in line and the sooner the better. I have stayed in very nice "older" hotels and with their age came charm and history. This hotel has no charm or history left, only the odors. Between the putrid smell of stale cigarette butts, spilled booze and bare feet in the lobby/casino to the cheap and worn out rooms, I can't find a decent word to say about this
oversized flop house.

Flamingo has some of the best slot machines in Las Vegas, but beyond that they are very average at best. They have the worse buffet of any casino I have ever been to. The rooms are average and the wait staff on the floor is average as well. It is an affordable choice on the strip, but if you can afford it, I would choose many others.
