The rooms are very nice! That is just about it. If you dont mind terrible customer service, then this is the place for you. I tried to call for room service 3 times and never was able to order. They answer the phone and say-- hold! and never come back. My husband finally found an employee in the hall way and asked if they could help us get coffee... Oh, yes Sir! Did it ever come? No.
I missed a wake up call as the telephone did not work. It was fine the first 4 days of our trip, but day 5-- not working. I used my cell to call the front desk and finally after 2 tries and a long hold got someone. I let them know about the phone, and that the TV was not working again for the 2nd time (no joke). It was 45 minutes to check out and I asked for an extra hour due to the wake up call and was told, well we cant do that today......... This was our third trip to Vegas and I was so excited to try this hotel-- but I wish we would have continued with our stays at the MGM. The cleaning of our room each day was also poor. We came in on day 3 and I had to call housekeeping at 5 AM for toilet paper. She left it empty! I paid for my trip as a package and did not charge anything to my room, so there was nothing to comp or credit back. Just wanted everyone to know my complaints were not to get anything free.

Room Tip: The rooms are nice and the beds are amazing! Probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in...

Service - Well above average. Value - also. this place just rocks! the only drawback is the distance to the strip. but besides that nothing beats my experience to the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. we had the chance to be upgraded to a Deluxe Corner Suite. Esteban from concierge was very helpful in finding us Celine Dion tickets for really cheap. what a show that was. And a great help from room service came from Christian Staples.. We'll never forget, Thanks HRH. once again.

Room Tip: Great suite in the deluxe corner suite at the Hard Rock Tower. Very quiet and private.

Nice hotel, nice casino, rooms are good and the beds are very comfortable.Check in took about 5 mins. Its about 15 mins walk to the strip which was fine. cvs pharmacy, subway and liquor store is about a 2 minute walk from the hotel. mr lucky 7, breakfast was okay but lunch was very good. Pink taco was also a good restaurant. Sign up for a Backstage casino card, you will be able to redeem money from it to apply at check out on room charges and casino resort fees. Airport is very close, also planes are always flying over, noise can be very loud at sometimes but it did not both us. Overall very nice hotel and I would stay there again.

Room Tip: Ask for a room not facing the front entrance of the hotel if you think the airplanes will bother you...

We just stayed in the HRH Tower and had a very good visit. We had a two queen suite and everyone that we interacted with was fantastic. Room carpet had some stains, as well as the footstools, but the beds were awesome and wifi is included. There is a separate entrance for the HRH tower that is at the back of the hotel so you don't have to deal with the chaos at the front of the casino when coming/going. You could walk up to the strip, or it's a $6 cab ride to Las Vegas Blvd. The bars and casino are nice. The music is good if you like rock and it drowns the endless slot machine noise. There is a completely different crew that works the tables during the week and on the weekend. Much more...scenery on the weekend.

Room Tip: Don't worry about being close to the elevator or ice machine. The rooms are quiet.

I am a member of the Backstage Pass and love everything that the Hard Rock has to offer. I took advantage of a complimentary room for two nights and had an incredible time. Nina, the telemarketing agent with HR, is a valuable asset to them. When we talk, she treats me more like a friend coming to visit her. The hotel staff bend over backwards to make sure everyone's needs are met. I have stayed at 10 different locations in Vegas over the last decade or so that I have been visiting Vegas and I truly feel like the Hard Rock Hotel is the only place I will stay from here on out.

Room Tip: If you are looking for a room with a close walk to the front door, choose a room in the Casino Tower...

We booked after receiving an online special for base price on a Thursday night of $35 plus resort tax of $24 and hotel tax of $4...including wifi and continental breakfast. It fit the bill perfectly for our one night stay as we travelled through to California....we could have stayed longer! It way exceeded expectations! The staff were excellent from check-in, valet parking, bellman to check-out....all friendly and helpful. The beds were oh so comfy and the rain shower in the oversize shower gave us that pampered feeling. We would definitely recommend the HRH and look forward to our next stay!
