Was very pleased with everything except my request for a refrigerater. Requested a refrigerater both nights and NEVER got it. Was very pleased when manager refunded my resort fees for both nights. Would definitely come back. Good prices, food, and entertainment

Well it's the first time that I ever stayed somewhere that they didn't have a coffee machine. The ice machines aren't working, and the refrigerator doesn't work either, the room is clean but the halls and stairs are dirty. The price is good for what we got, might try somewhere different next time though. The bed is very comfortable, the walls are thin and we could hear the neighbours.

Room Tip: Would recommend staying in the Towers

I have stayed at this hotel on many occasions with & without children.

Every stay was clean & comfortable, the rooms are dated but as long as they are clean what does it matter. We originally stayed here due to it's low price & having a 12yr old in tow, it suited the bill perfectly.

The buffet is cheap & plentiful so I defy anyone not to find something they like to eat.

The staff are helpful & cheerful.

In Vegas you get what you pay for that does not mean to say cheap is awful far from it.

I have been visiting Vegas for over 20 years now & have seen great changes, I just hope some of the old character hotels such as Circus Circus remain, big beautiful expensive hotels seem to now be the norm for new builds, Las Vegas needs both, don't change too much more pleas.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Circus Circus for 9 nights in June. It was our first time in Vegas, and we wanted to get a fairly cheaper hotel to stay at since we were there for a long time, and would rather spend the money on other things. Our check in process was quick and easy, and we got a room at the end of the hallway in the West Tower.

Room: Very good size room with clean linens and towels. A fridge would have been helpful but there was ice machine, so we were able to do without it. The room service was available any time of the day. We never had a noise problem at all, mind you we were out all night every night, so we may have missed!

Hotel: So the hotel is huge!!! It is filled with kids, but that doesn't bother us on this kind of vacation. They have circus shows every half an hour in the evenings, so thats entertaining when you have some time to kill. There is a bar called Rock n Rita in the hotel, which is a LOT of fun. One of the bartenders one night there put up an amazing show and poured drinks into everyone's mouth who was there.

Buffet: Buffet was not bad at all. We went for dinner twice, and enjoyed the gourmet pasta they freshly make in front of you.

Location: So it is one of the hotels that is at the end of the strip. It is far to walk especially in the crazy heat of Vegas to the main part of the strip, which we actually did for most days, but by the end of the night our feet were so sore. The last few days we did buy the bus pass and got on it which was much better; however, the bus does also take quite some time due to the crazy traffic and constantly stopping on the strip. Also, the bus stop is right outside the hotel, so thats not a problem.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at Circus Circus, and we would return. Its great for the value. The only reason we MAY consider other hotels would be due to the location.

We recently stayed for a week in the West Tower. The hotel, elevator, and room smelled. We discovered it was from exterminating for bugs. Camilla at the information desk was a wealth of information when inquiring about Las Vegas. We requested the same housekeeper - Maria (who was wonderful), for our stay but found you had to put in the request daily. Our initial request was ignored. Check out time is 11 am, unless paying extra for a late checkout. We left our room at 10 am informing the housekeeping that we would be back, NOT checking out until 11. We returned to the room 15 minutes later to see our beds completely torn apart (mattress and bedding removed from bed frame). Our belongings roughly put into a pile. We couldn't believe the audacity. The supervisor at the check out desk said she was sorry but their was nothing she could do but report the incident to housekeeping. If you require a particular diet due to a medical situation. Don't visit the Blue Iguana! The chef was extremely unhappy to honor a special request - taco's without chicken. Look for someplace else to stay you'll be happier!!!

Unfortunately our layover flight from Las Vegas to Houston got cancelled due to bad weather so we were forced to spend the night in Vegas . We had to find a place to stay last minute. We choose Circus Circus thinking it would be a fun place for our kids. We should have gotten a clue from the riff raff hanging out all around the hotel. But we didn't. Then had to walk a mile through dark parking lots to get to the building our room was in. The building wreeked of smoke and air freshener. It was dirty and I did not feel safe. We checked out 30 minutes later.

If you bring kids to Las Vegas this is certainly the place to go. Rooms are clean, swimming pools are standard and well maintained (and not as crowded as in other places) and the hotel offers a variety of activities for children that would keep them entertained.
