“Looking a little tired”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed May 14, 2013

We had three nights in Circus Circus and realised we had made a mistake in selecting this hotel.
The check in process, on a Sunday afternoon, was slow and laborious with only a few check in staff on duty. Once checked in, with a room upgrade, we found the general feel of the room corridors to be dark and gloomy - dark green paint everywhere!! the room was OK with the usual two huge beds and an adequate bathroom. The public areas and attractions - those that were open - were all a bit tacky and downmarket and when compared to other hotels in Las Vegas Circus Circus really left a lot to be desired.

Circus, Circus is an awesome place to get away, They overpass my expectations. I was expecting a low budget room for the money we pay, but I was surprised when we open the door, it was a great room, clean, and very decent decoration. Circus, Circus is great. also, smells like cotton candy from the time you walk in the door. Mmmmm Cotton Candy!!!

Room Tip: Need more eletrical plugs for cell phones

We've stayed at Circus Circus many times. The rooms are very nice and the beds are extremely comfortable. The dealers there are nice and some of them very entertaining! The Garden Grill upstairs has good food. If you are traveling with kids there is plenty for them to do. The pool isn't extravagant, but is okay and there's a nice view of the mountains. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at Circus Circus Hotel for 3 nights in May. We had a great experience. Reservatins were fast, Check in was easy and we payed $10 to have early check in which was great since we arrived at the hotel at 9:00am. We were able to get a room right away. The Room was very clean and very easy to get to. The elevators were fast! The pool was nice and relaxing w/ bathrooms and food/beverages available w/ towels too. I stayed there w/ my 12 & 14 year olds and they had a great time. The Adventure Dome was a blast and there was a lot of amenities there for them as well. On the 2nd level there were restaurants and retail shops that were very affordable. The circus acts were fun to watch as well. We were about a 15 minute walk from the Monorail to the LVH hotel which takes you from one end of the strip to the other for only $5/ride or $12 a day, this was worth it. We have no complaints and would visit and stay at this hotel again. You really cant beat the price and really the only time we were in the room was to sleep and this room was a nice size too.

It had the lowest resort fees in Vegas, however, they tried to charge us more until we reminded them at time of booking we were offered $3 a day less than they tried to charge us. They did charge us the amount we originally booked for, but I was not happy that I had to bring it to their attention. It was a good value and clean.

A nice clean comfortable hotel, the only downside was that the location was too far up the strip. We hired a car after our first few days and this was well worth the extra money.

Rooms are large and comfortable, breakfast was lovely but expensive so we ate at the I-hop opposite.

Would defiantly return to Vegas but in a more up strip hotel. Hotel is excellent value for money.
