“An experience!”
Reviewed May 7, 2014

We visited Caesars Palace at the end of our holiday in the USA, we could not believe how massive the hotel was, on our third day there we were still discovering different areas.
Our room was in the Roman Tower on the 8th floor. Could not fault the room apart from not having a refrigerator. It would have been better if the hotel provided free wifi, this was the only hotel out of the 10 we stayed at covering 3 States that did not supply it.
Checking in and out was very efficient, trying to find your way around such a large hotel was not!
The casino area was busy but we were not there for any of that, preferring to site see. The shopping mall offered more or less every designer wear one can imagine. Plenty of places to eat throughout the building.
We enjoyed our visit to Caesars Palace but Las Vegas was far too busy for us, it was an expensive experience.

IWe had a wonderful time and everything and every one was great. I just have one question.

The day of our check out I had the Bellman come to our room (#2958) and place our luggage in storage (three pieces). He gave me a ticket. When we were ready to leave I went to the bell station located to the left of the entrance where one gets a taxi and asked him to bring our luggage to the front where the Bell Transportation bus would pick us up he said he could not. They instructed us to go to the bell station located at the North entrance that services the tower we were staying at. I asked the Bellman at that location to bring the luggage to the front where the Bell Transportation bus would pick me up. He said he could not do that. I was just wondering why.
It’s not that I wasn’t tipping; I gave each one a ten.

Super location, center of the strip. Nice hotel. Large casino, with many choices. Great pool, although limited day of sun, with all the large towers. Floor employees appear unhappy. No live lounge music.

Room Tip: Choose your room tower based on what you want to do. You should know if you want to be closer to gam...

I stayed here while my friends stayed at TI, and I have to tell you, I am glad I did!

The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff were friendly and everything I needed was actually in the Caesars complex...so any time I was feeling bored I could head downstairs and entertain myself quite easily.

The pool was awesome, albeit very busy at that time of year, but luckily we were able to get some deck chairs and relax by the pool for a few hours.

Only downside is the amount of time it takes to walk from reception to the room....i stayed in the Octavius Tower which was new and clean and awesome, but seemed so far away from the front desk!

Room Tip: I would book in Octavius Towers as it's the 'new wing' and the rooms are huge, the batht...

I love Caesars Palace! Exciting, friendly, and convenient to everything on the strip. Too bad the slots were too tight for me to win even a little bit. I'll still be back whenever I can. I still think Caesars is the best value.

Room Tip: If you need anything, such as a room humidifier, just ask. They will make it happen.

Did not care for some of the ratings done at the 4 card table, was not rated all the time. I remember putting up about $ 500.00, which was not counted by the dealer to the pit boss..... The room was very nice, but the Tub faucet was not working, rm# 4583

Room Tip: Yes I always leave a tip $ 20.00

Overall the casino and rooms were very nice. Didn't like beverage service on casino floor. It was very slow and on more than one occasion my order was messed up. Also didn't like what felt like hidden charges during my stay
