Had a few issues but they were addressed and handled . We were comped our Augustus tower room for 6 nights and requested a king non smoking room, when we arrived we were told all the king beds were taken... we were a little disappointed but said it was fine. With that she made a phone call and we were upgraded to an amazing suite but there was a down side ,it was located on the doggie floor and was also a smoking room. had quite the head battle at that moment but chose to be moved to another non smoking more quiet floor ( without barking anyways ). Found us a fabulous regular suite that we were more than happy with. The rooms are beautiful, comfy beds and a fabulous spa tub in the bathroom. One day housekeeping forgot us but with a quick call towels were delivered within minutes and when we returned that evening room was spotless and beds made.
Used their amazing pool everyday, perfect for the 100 plus degree weather we had while we were there, always found loungers for the day.
Tried the new buffet and loved it, both dinner and breakfast couldn't find any fault thats for sure. This is a great all around hotel, shopping, restaurants, pools and entertainment we love it here , this trip was not without a few issues but it's how they were handled that made all the difference and that is what will keep us coming back to Caesars Palace.

Massive hotel that would take days to find your way all the way round. We only found out that the hotel had a swimming pool on the second day by taking a wrong turn!!! Initially the room we were given was very poor. The décor was tired and there were numerous stains, rips and damaged bits of furniture. After complaining we were eventually offered a free upgrade to a far better room.
There are numerous restaurants in the hotel and the casino is huge. Would we return - probably not!!!

Room Tip: Go for an upgraded superior refurbished room

We stayed in the Octavius Tower - it was WONDERFUL! Best hotel on the strip! Loved the rooms. Bed was comfortable. Only complaint is the mini fridge was stocked with VERY OVERPRICED snacks. We did not buy any of these, and we could not use the fridge due to the hotels snacks being stored in there. So, I wish there had been a mini fridge for our use. Other than that, the hotel was fabulous. Front desk staff was great! We will definitely stay here on our next Vegas trip!

Room Tip: The Octavius Tower was wonderful!

Stayed here for a weekend getaway and a poker tournament. The room was spacious and well appointed. Every member of the staff was friendly and helpful. The Spa area is treat! The Roman baths and Arctic Ice Rooms are one of a kind. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I will certainly be back!

We arrived early and they wanted $ 25 extra to check in early, we waited the 20 mins.
They upgraded us to a suite which was behind a concrete colum so very dark. We asked to be moved and they found us a nice room with an a/c unit right outside. Third time lucky in a smaller but nice room, and it all took 3 hours. Need to note they charge extra for everything, the wifi was $ 14. The in room coffee $12 so don't touch anything. We found the smoking everywhere very invasive. Couldn't locate a breakfast early enough for a trip to Hoover dam and used room service which was really good. Difficult to find your way around so lots And lots of walking before you even get outside. Surly maid who came in and hoovered whilst we were in the room.Wouldnt use it again as other travellers have noted, they milk you for absolutely everything they can, I ask you extra to check in early!

A ClassicPure elegance. Excellent service.Fabulous restaurants,Great location, Awesome shopping and a beautiful room to rest in after a late night of indulgence in Las Vegas
The Diamond Lounge has tasty bites and they know how to pour your favorite drink. A huge selection of fine spirits. In a nutshell I would have liked to stay four more nights. My husband and I always stay at Harrahs owned properties , however the Caesars is by far the best.

I love Caesars Palace Las Vegas and I recently stayed in the Octavius Tower for my husbands 40th birthday. We had a great time... the room was absolute luxury, Caesars quality that we have come to expect. Room service was excellent as always and the facilities and staff were nice and accommodating. We travel to Caesars often therefore our room was complimentary. However if you can cough up the rate to stay here, it's well worth the price to pay to stay in the Octavius Tower. Rooms are just as pictured online, the photos are not doctored.
