Our stay was great ! We arrived around 1pm and were able to get a room right away. We stayed at the Tower right next to the pool. Our room was facing the back of the Mirage Hotel. I love this property.

Room Tip: The rooms next to the pool are great

This was our second trip to Vegas, but first time at Caesars Palace. We booked our room through Virgin Holidays as it had all the city taxes and hotel fees included in the room price. The room we booked was in the Forum Tower.
We arrived at around 5pm the queue at the check in was very long and we had to wait around 30min. Maybe a bit disappointed as we expected the service at the check in would be a little bit quicker. Although our disappointment faded aways as soon as we were greeted by a lovely gentleman that asked us few question about the reason of our stay and if we stayed in Caesars before. He upgraded us to an amazing penthouse overlooking the strip and the Bellagio fountain in the Octavius Tower. The room was superb. We had 2 toilets, one with a jacuzzi tub and huge shower. We had an amazing living room, with a sofa,tv, big table all overlooking the fountain (best view of the fountain show). Then we got into our bedroom. The bed was very big and super comfy. We had again a big tv in front of the bed and a sofa by the window where you had the most amazing view of Vegas.
We definitely recommend staying in Caesars Palace. Everything about it is just great, the location, the vast quantity of restaurants and cafes and also the shops at Caesars Forum are right next door.
We'll definitely be back in Caesars Palace on our next trip to Vegas.

Their pool is magnificent. Stuff is very friendly I sat down and chat with the bartender everybody remember me and greet me personally. I got there alone but never felt alone. I also love the shopping mall it so huge. Clean modern room center of the strip location is perfect. That pool is must to experience once in a life time for sure.

Room Tip: It is pretty confusing to the get to the tower make sure to check the direction to get there.

We stayed at the Octavius tower overlooking the spectacular fountain at Bellagio, The room is huge and had everything you needed. Once you are inside you don't need to go any where else. Casino, restaurants, plenty of shopping. Highly recommend this place, even you don't stay here at least come enjoy the atmosphere.

We stayed at the Caesars Palace for a weekend (2 nights) as a birthday surprise to see Elton John perform. The show was spectacular and didn't disappoint. Though I was excited to stay at CP, I was disappointed by the lack of customer service and the condition of the room. When we checked in, my fiance went down to retrieve something from the car and while he went down, I began to unpack. I smelled a bad, sewer-like smell and thought my fiance had used the bathroom before stepping out. I asked him when he returned and he said no, but he noticed the smell immediately upon entering the room. The room's bathrooms are gorgeous, with two bathrooms connected by a shower stall. The bidet in the larger bath leaked all over and, when my fiance took a shower, the entire bathroom floor became filled with water. We used every towel in the room to mop it up. But, back to the smell. We called housekeeping and they sent a "sanitary engineer" up. The woman claimed she smelled nothing but left a can of deodorizing spray. We went out to dinner and upon our return, the smell was back. We called again and asked for a change of rooms but was told that the hotel was completely booked. They sent up another engineer and he immediately noticed the smell. He said they could use an ozonator to take away the smells and said the spray can shouldn't be there so took that away. When we returned after gambling, we noticed that the smell was gone. However, later that night, the smell woke me. It had only been temporary. Needless to say, we complained and complained and finally were told that we would be comped for room service and a meal. It was a real disappointment. We left telling the busboy who suggested we write to the hotel. We did write and got a response but not in the form of the room reimbursement--we were promised a better room the next time we stayed there. Not really compensatory, I think.

We always stay at Caesar's Palace every time we go to Las Vegas. Their buffet was voted no 1 and the food is really amazing. The rooms they gave us are great.
We could even view the fountains at the Belagio from the window. The amenities
are excellent and the people there are very nice. I like their Total Rewards and their Great Gift Wrap Up Bonus points which they give aside from your rewards credit. You can shop for gifts during the Holidays using these points.

Green Features: Their rooms are well kept, security 24/7. The casino and dining areas are all clean, almost smoke free and the yards are well maintained. They encourage guest to go green.
