The hotel grounds are HUGE. It makes for a great Las Vegas atmosphere with nice pool area, casinos, restaurants and stores. We stayed in the Roman Tower and the room was clean, however it was sparsly decorated. It was a very large room but the furniture was very small -- seemed a bit off-scale. Also it had an old tv (no flat screen) and no balcony. The check in process was ok, however the gentleman that checked us in was a bit rude and really seemed not to care about us as individuals at all. It is such a big property that you don't get personalized service. Overall, it was OK -- best thing about it is the location.

I recently stayed here with my husband and a group of friends. We got a great deal on a room rate through a travel website and were a little bit worried that we would get stuck in a downgraded room because of this. We were wrong! We actually got a free upgrade, and stayed in a large room with jacuzzi tub and view of the strip. Staff were very helpful and attentive......always sending extra bath towels if needed. They hooked us up with cables so that we could play music from our iPhones into their speakers. One night we even called really late for earplugs as a roommate was snoring heavily, and staff brought them right up!
The hotel is quite large, so lots of walking is involved. But, that's how Vegas is in general......you have to be willing to walk to get most anywhere. My girlfriend and I laid at the pools all day. The pools are GORGEOUS! You do have to get down there early to get a chair. (The hotel lets non-guests use the pool and it's a little frustrating when you can't get a chair because of this.) There are plenty of large, soft towels available though. Waitstaff were attentive at bringing drinks and food, although one day it took over an hour to bring our greek salad (these were pre-prepared and packaged for pool delivery). The pool was quite busy, and our server covered a cocktail for each of us because of the wait......so we were happy in the end. =)
Location is right in the middle of everything. There are multiple ways to get around, and if you don't want to deal with weekend crowds on the strip you can actually walk through the shopping section and make it all the way down to The Venetian. (This worked out great at 2 AM when the ladies wanted to head back while the guys were still gambling......we didn't have to deal with the sketchy Saturday late-night Vegas strip scene.)
All in all it was a wonderful trip and we look forward to staying at Caesars again!

We just returned from Caesars and stayed in the Augustus Tower - we had a beautiful room with a great view of the Bellagio Fountain Show and of the strip - We have always enjoyed our visits with Caesars and this was another successful trip. The room was bright, clean and had the wonderful ammenities we have come to expect here. Very quiet room - we were on the 10th floor and it was great. (I think I mentioned in my review on the Encore that we were on the 10th floor but after checking we were actually on the 25th floor.) Did not get down to the pool as we were too busy - did however get time to do my shopping in the Forum shops. Housekeeping was great, room was done early, room was very clean - staff were great - drinks were brought around frequently even though the casino was busy on the Thursday night. Can't beat the location..

Room Tip: Be nice to the people at the front desk - they deal with alot of different individuals.

My daughter treated me to Vegas Uncorked for Mother's Day and we stayed a Caesar's Palace where most of the events took place. My questions (which were many) were answered by friendly competent staff. Requests were fulfilled quickly. Room was a little noisy but what do you expect in Vegas? The Spa was delightful. We were there 4 nights.

Room Tip: Over look the pool. Get a package deal for best price.

Stayed here for a conference. If your group is booking there, buyer beware, you get the "old tower" and the rooms are very old and tired, no mini bar, etc. Service at front desk not staffed for large groups, you'll wait an hour to check in, if you arrive on an early flight, don't plan on getting a room early. $25.00 per day to use the fitness center. Spa is over priced, walk across the street to Ballys and you get just as much or more for half the price and service and attitude far superior.
