Casino was average. Restaurant service very poor, walked out after 45minutes waiting for my order

Stopped while driving by to gamble and have an early dinner. Casino is very average and didn't play long. Dinner in the restaurant didn't work out well despite not being busy at all. Had to wait to order, then waited 45 minutes after ordering before walking out. Done with the entire place

Rooms big, but dated and dirty

Were only staying in Vegas for one night so was looking for something cheap and I guess you get what you pay for.
First off we arrived around 2 pm and went to check in and were told in no uncertain terms that they would not check us in even if rooms were ready. The staff person was very brusque about it. Not friendly at all. Once we did get to our room we saw that it was big which was pleasing, but nothing appeared clean. The sofa was soiled and the bed is what I call a "banana bed". Not good on the back at all. Went to move the table, which I had to use as a desk, and a leg fell off. The outlet situation is not set up for the electronics everyone uses now a days.
Shower was good and towels were soft.

Thank you for your recent stay and review. It's never our intention to disappoint our guests, as we are all working to creat comfortable hospitality in an entertaining environment.
We do all we can to meet our guest’s specific needs and make exceptions where we can, and I am sorry to hear that we missed the mark with you when requesting an early check-in. When possible, we try to accommodate these requests, but that depends greatly on several factors. I’m concerned that you took our front desk’s hesitance to grant your request as poor service, however we were taking into account many different factors such how many arrivals and departures we have on that day and whether we have a room of that specific reservation type available at the time the guest arrives early. This is why we are unable to guarantee early check-in and later check-out, although we do make exceptions when possible. I apologize deeply that this was not communicated to you and that it caused any inconvenience in your stay. We are always happy to do what we can to make our guests comfortable, and would be happy to store luggage so you can enjoy our pool, restaurants and other amenities. I can understand how this situation can be frustrating and it is with regret from our end that we were unable to take care of this issue during your stay. I hope you won't let this deter you from visiting Arizona Charlie's again. We look forward to welcoming you back!

VERY PLEASANT STAY.!! WOULD RECOMMEND EVEN WITH CHILDREN

My daughter and I were visiting family here in Las Vegas and decided to get a room for the two of us. They gave us a room that was right next to their pool, on the first floor. The room had a living room area, with a bed and a fridge, table, tv, etc. and then there was a 2nd room, that had a nice size actual closet in it, the bathroom and the other bed.

The rooms were very clean, we were able to buy a few things from the grocery store to have such as drinks and fresh fruit that we put in our fridge, and was nice to have when going right there to the pool.

I even brought my grandsons over to go swimming later that afternoon and they loved it.

Overall it was actually a great stay for a reasonable price.!! At first, it doesn't appear to be one of the greater places (as the area over there on Boulder Highway has a tendency to have riff-raff), but it wasn't bad at all, and once inside, you forget about that. They have plenty of parking right there by your room and the casino, are very accommodating, and I liked it.

I would recommend it to others and even if you have small children.

Room tip: The rooms by the pool & spa are nice. Close to the ice machine, parking and well lit up and handicapped accessible.

Good food

Went here for their breakfast special. Not over the top but good food. Didn't order anything special but what we got was good. Especially for the price.Good service and they were prompt with coffee. Will go back.

I hear that the food is nice

It is a neat concept. Smoky casino floor that you have to cross to get to anything from food to reception. Rooms were ok for 2 star standards. Ventilation was poor between rooms. Bed was nice. Furniture was very worn. Bedding was fresh and clean. Hotel could use a facelift and new furniture for guests. Rates are through the roof for what you get. Would not stay here again if I don’t have to.
