This hotel/casino is ideally located. The rooms are large although becoming a little dated but clean. I found it quiet and no real issues..The casino is nice like most of the larger casino's. I had no issue with check in/out..The shops adjacent are handy..Overall good value for money..

Room Tip: Get a strip view

Stayed for three nights (Feb. 20-22). First time staying here and was pleased with everything about PH. Room was very nice. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Shower and bathroom was were very spacious. Their are many elevators to get to the rooms and I hardly ever waited for more that a few seconds for an elevator. The rooms were also very quiet. I would stay here again if I stay on the Strip

The check in was terrible. Inequitable service and a rip off. They know the rooms are ready but if you want to chck in, that will cost you. Want to use gym, that will cost you. Want a cup of coffee? Too bad. You cant even get a free newspaper here. This place is waay past its prime but the good name lingers. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!

Can't fault the location with higher priced rooms facing the Bellagio Fountains and Paris. Other pluses are a friendly casino, complete with the 'Pleasure Pit' where every dealer is beautiful, buxom and scantily clad and the adjoining Miracle Mile mall. Restaurants include Planet Dailies (cheap OK food but slow wait service), Earl of Sandwich (cheap and tasty) and Burgr by Gordon Ramsay - also plenty of eateries in the Mall. But there the pluses end. The rooms are very tired and dated and only one small window to enjoy the wonderful view (if you have a Boulevarde facing room). Cleaning is average (eg the electric coffee/tea maker was too filthy to use). Maintenance overdue (eg desklamp not working). And the guests are there to party with noisy groups returning to their rooms ... and guys passed out in the corridors (walked around 1 at 2am and another at 3pm!) - obviously no security patrolling or cameras. Lift walls had think film of dust continuing the 'could be cleaner' theme. Would not stay again, but then I'm not in my twenties!

Room Tip: Pay more for the view.

the good news first...this hotel is in a great location, walking distance to everything...the casino is great...koi is fantastic...the bad news...refrigerator in hall as we first approached out room, garbage in the elevator...doors in elevator all dirty too...the room is large, but needs to be updated!!! the desk was all chipped(c'mon a flet pen could of disguised this), there is no closet, just a cupboard..the t.v. on the side of the bed...the sheets are awful, the pillows hard as rocks(requested feather pillows, they dont any), the towels are as thin as sheets, the cold water only came out at one speed(slow) there was mold in the tile in the shower...the room needed a re-do...sorry would not stay here again unless i had to.

Fabulous room. We were lucky to get a corner room suite which gave us two views of the strip and windows at bottom and side of the bed. Room was colourful and very comfortable. Jacuzzi bath was extra nice touch.
Hotel staff polite and helpful

Room Tip: Get a corner room.

Casino was gross. The hotel staff at the desk were rude, the got the job done to give us a room and to get our checked out. Be warned not to need to get your boarding pass printed, there is not a business area or computer area you can use. They send you to these awful machines to buy the internet access and print the pass (it cost me $14.00) for something that takes me 2 minutes when I use my phone, laptop, or even my tablet - because the machine kept skipping back and forth on screens. Also- if you do not upgrade your room count on having a view of the round theater that looks like sewage treatment facility, in the distance you can see mountains. It may be worth the 20.00 to upgrade if you spend time in your room. Bathroom was clean, had a nice soaker tub and tiled shower, even the pillows were comfortable. Had pictures and things from rockers which were lite up in the room (you could turn off the lights on the displays). Cool rooms- crapy staff and casino.

Room Tip: Consider upgrades to the room for good view or more space; only if you plan on spending time in your...
