“PH Towers Westgate”
Reviewed July 24, 2012

When we arrived in Las Vegas we told our taxi driver to go to Planet Hoolywood Westgate Towers, all he heard was Planet Hollywood. We left our suitcases at the front door to be brought to our room after we checked in. The line up was huge, after about 10 minutes I realized that we were in the wrong place. After asking a number of people we ended walking throught the Miracle Mile to Westgate. And yes it is about a mile

I asked for a room on a higher floor and was given a place on the 16th. The room was beautiful. Crisp and clean, with a wall of ceiling to floor windows. The blinds go up and down with a push of a button. Cool. I called to get our luggage, explaining that we were left at the wrong place. I was told there was no problem and our luggage was at our door in less that 15 minutes. Great service

The Miracle Mile is amazing, beautiful shops, some really nice restaurants and a rainstorm with thunder, lighting and fog. Not to be missed.

My only problem was I wanted to take a jacuzzi bath. The tub took forever to full up and when I turned the jets on, the bath was filled with dirty stuff. Gross. So settled for a shower.

Checking out was easy and quick. We would stay there again.

Room Tip: Make sure the taxi drops you off at the Westgate Towers part of PH and ask for a room on a high floo...

The Planet Hollywood does not disappoint. There was a group of 12 of us staying at the hotel celebrating my husband's 40th Birthday. Most of us upgraded rooms and it was well worth it. The rooms, view and the huge bathroom was great. Of course once again the Pleasure Pit and the Heart Bar were one of the highlights of the weekend. Thank you PH for a great stay! See you again next year.

My sister and I stayed two nights here and had a fabulous time. The view from the room was great and got a view of the Bellogio fountains every fifteen minutes with lights and music. It was definitely worth the value and it was conveniently located to all of the sights on the Strip.

This hotel is the most fun in Vegas the location also rocks. The mile shops are open late every night and it's cool to be able to shop and bring things up to your room right away. Also they have they best variety of restaraunts of any hotel in Vegas Enjoy yourself at this great resort.

Loved this casino when it was the Aladdin, but now not as much. Great place to people watch. For the age of the current casino was expected the rooms to be in better condition. We paid for an upgraded room and was not impressed. Putting that aside the attached Miracle Mile makes up for the room concerns. The selection of shops, restaurants, and entertainment is one of the best on the strip. Great central location on the strip.

Customer service here is completely non existent. Do not stay here if you want an enjoyable and friendly hotel, the people they employ here are anything but. From not being allowed to change rooms ( we were next to the lift) to having items stolen from our room this place did not handle anything with respect for customers. To make matters worse, since arriving home they have now 'investigated' the theft to find that they were not negligent. Apparently the law in Vegas doesn't allow them to be so be warned that NO valuables are safe in your room unless you explicitly inform the staff. However, doing this could lead to an easy theft for them. Internet doesn't work, the rooms are worn and employees are rude. Stay anywhere else but here.

A first trip to Las Vegas in 2008 and it was more than i ever expected. A fantastic hotel, location and casino.

The casino is a bit difficult to find your way out of some times, but if in doubt, head for the massive chandelier, down to the lobby and then take the lifts.

The shops are excellent as well - check out the Earl of Sandwich...

Room Tip: Near the lifts, high floor if poss
