Sam's Town Hotel and Gambling Hall

We were traveling through Vegas and decided to stay at Sam's Town RV Park where they have 500 sites available. All include full hook ups including cable for 22.18 all in per night. We were parked near a tree close to washrooms and hot showers which were very clean. Swimming pool and jacuzzi was located nearby. Security patrol by car and guys on bikes were on going throughout the day and night so it felt very safe and secure. Casino great for families and older couples like us for Vegas more on the quieter side as apposed to the strip where all the action is going on. Casino has bowling alley, movie theaters, kids arcade, shows and inside hotel they run a lazer, water, music show that's fun for all. Buffet for 10 bucks includes prime rib and a good selection of food. We took advantage of the free shuttle service to the strip in a full size bus with option to go to Fremont street as well. I understand rooms were only 29.00 as well but we didn't try this time. Highly recommend this hotel and RV park. For those that stay in the RV park Walmart with groceries is directly across the street for supplies. About 6 1/2 miles from main strip.

If I could rate this place more then 5 stars I would. The rooms exceeded my expectations.. Used the valet quite a few times, friendly and nice. I loved the mystic falls park greenery, the water falls, so nice. Litteraly this place is like a little town. Loved everything about Sam's town.

Clean very nice casino for off the strip fun. We did not use the rooms but used other facilities. The casino was clean and the people at the desk were very friendly. The senior buffet was a good deal and had a good assortment of items. We enjoyed our time there and can recommend it. If you like bowling they have a 56 lane facility down stairs.

I stayed for one night traveling thru to LA and was impressed. Location is far from the Strip, but they have a shuttle if you want to go. I liked that it is just regular folks there; no "beautiful people" or sleaze. There is a ton to do, the atmosphere is great, the buffet delicious, and room was large. And all at bargain prices!

My only complaints are that my bed was quite well worn with noticeable dips and the air conditioning banged when it came on.

All in all, a great family hotel and an amazing deal. I'll be back.

We had a 3 day stay at Sam's. It is a very good place to stay if you have a car or don't mind taking the shuttle to the strip. There is excellent shopping, services for your car if you are on a driving trip, and all the handy things like restaurants, movie theatre.
The hotel is clean, nicely kept, with spacious rooms.

Room Tip: It is nice to overlook the inside atrium. Lots of trees. incide park and fountains. We found the hot...

Since 2006 I have been to Las Vegas more than 20 times. Each and ever time we stayed at Sam's Town. I have always been privy to excellent service and friendly people. I will continue to stay only there. Charles Elkins, Tucson, Ariz.

Stayed here in April while attending a conference. Very comfortable. Had a lot of amenities including restaurants and coffee shop. The only thing I didn't like was there wasn't a coffee maker in the room for that very first cup. Had to go downstairs to get Dunkin Donuts coffee. But that was the only complaint I had.
