We had a 3 day stay at Sam's. It is a very good place to stay if you have a car or don't mind taking the shuttle to the strip. There is excellent shopping, services for your car if you are on a driving trip, and all the handy things like restaurants, movie theatre.
The hotel is clean, nicely kept, with spacious rooms.

Room Tip: It is nice to overlook the inside atrium. Lots of trees. incide park and fountains. We found the hot...

Since 2006 I have been to Las Vegas more than 20 times. Each and ever time we stayed at Sam's Town. I have always been privy to excellent service and friendly people. I will continue to stay only there. Charles Elkins, Tucson, Ariz.

Stayed here in April while attending a conference. Very comfortable. Had a lot of amenities including restaurants and coffee shop. The only thing I didn't like was there wasn't a coffee maker in the room for that very first cup. Had to go downstairs to get Dunkin Donuts coffee. But that was the only complaint I had.

Through the years, I have been to many Casino's in the Las Vegas area, from the strip to downtown. I have never been treated like a "real customer" until I found Sam's Town. Many folks have indicated that Sam's Town doesn't have the bells and whistles that other Casinos have, but I can absolutely guarantee that they make up for the "bells and whistles" with their OUTSTANDING customer service and friendly "family-like" attitude. Their customer service, rooms, room service, restaurants are "second to none". I highly recommend Sam's as your next getaway. Sure it's off the strip, but if you want the excitement of the strip, stay at Sam's and take a cab, and then come back to reality at Sam's. I just returned from Sam's 2 days ago, and I'm excited about going again! Thank you John for making this stay one to remember. We WILL definitely be back. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!!!!!

Room Tip: Request a higher room with a view to the courtyard - you'll love and enjoy the action.

We stayed overnight at Sam's Town to break our long road trip to Utah. A cousin who lives in Las Vegas recommended this property since the room price was attractive and the amenities were adequate. We were not disappointed with his advice.

Parking was not an issue since there was a big parking garage. Check in was quick probably because we arrived in the evening. The room given to us was clean and had a nice view of the indoor park. You can watch the light show from the room if you don't feel like leaving the comforts of the bed. A flat screen TV with adequate channel selection was most welcome for my kids since they had no interest in strolling around the casino. We just looked around the different gaming tables, slot machines, and other gambling options but did not play any game. There were various dining options depending on the budget, ranging from fast food to buffets.

We were in a hurry to get to Zion NP and used the express check out option and saved time.

I recently stayed here. Let me just start off by saying that the person who checked us in at 1a was not friendly at all, did not have a smile nor bothered to attempt to carry a small conversation. We were advised of the resort fee and the security deposit. Well at the end of the stay, not only were we charged for the room rate plus tax, resort fee, and security deposit. We were overcharged on our credit card. When I called to inquire on this charge, we were only given a "im sorry" but nothing was done to make the situation better.
