Really enjoy this hotel which is first class in every way. The hotel itself is very intimate with outstanding service by the staff. Very easy access for valet parking Not having a casino is a plus for me. Restaurant and bar area are first class. It is connected to the Mandalay Bay if you desire a casino experience. Although on the high end price wise. it is well worth a stay while in Las Vegas

Stayed here last month for five days. It was an oasis away from the bustle of everything Vegas. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. Room service was prompt and the food was delicious. The staff at the concierge desk was fantastic-very helpful and determined to exceed your expectations.

I stayed here for both business and pleasure. I loved the fact that Four seasons caters to being a Hotel and not a casino and it shows . Where your ready to get away from all the "Vegas action you simply get Int the discreetly marked elevator and it takes you to tranquility . Also got to take a ride in the hotel car to my golf game !! No smoke smell and first class service. All that's expected from Four seasons will be found here. They are dedicated to first class service and it shows ! I will be back for sure. :) :) P.S. the spa is great too!!

We stayed here during a trade show and I have to say it was wonderful. We managed to get a sweet deal through our carrier so hopefully I will be able to justify the price again next year. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The beds are super comfortable and it is probably one of the quietest hotels I have been in for sleeping. By far my favourite hotel on the strip now, and I have stayed in a lot of them.
Our routine typically is to hit the grocery store or Costco on the first day and load up with water etc. (OMG it is dry down there). The hotel was good enough to give us a small fridge to keep in our room which was great.
A word of note that the MGM group now charges for parking so you may want to think twice about renting a car. All in all we would have been much better of using taxis and Uber after all the parking fees.

Veranda Restaurant definitely needs help with staffing and training of their bartenders! Took forever to get a drink order in and receive our drinks only to have the lemon drop martini and cosmo come with olives which is what the dirty martini (our 3rd drink) was supposed to come with! Great food, but had to get the Managers involved to take our orders and make things happen in a timely fashion! Managers did buy us dessert...thank you, but it should have never come to this! Definitely disappointing for a Four Seasons Hotel.
