“BEst Hotel in Vegas”
Reviewed October 18, 2005

We stayed at the FS Las Vegas for three nights. This is simply a great hotel. After having stayed at pretty much every 5 star hotel in LV, the Four Seaosns was a great change. No casino, quiet pool, great food, and a terrific room. We were upgraded to a Jr. Suite and were very comfortable. The room could use a bit of a renovation and I understand that they plan on doing that soon.

The service was impeccable in every respect from the pool to the concierge to the doormen. One night when we got stuck at the Forum Shops, the hotel car picked us up at no charge. I love that!!

I did find the charge to check my e-mail at the business center to be a bit unnecessary as I was paying $475/night. For that price, everything should be included.

The treatment I had at the spa was very good but the facility was a bit small and lacked some features that you would expect at a hotel of this quality. A small but noticable flaw.

I will stay here again. I love the pampering

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, we stayed at Bellagio for four nights but wanted to exp. the Four Season's for the first time. The room was average, we stayed on the 35th floor with a view of the strip which was impressive at night time but that seemed to be the only "perk"
The mini bar was stocked as usual but the beverages were not cold..at all. To remedy the situation we brought beer at one of the shops in Mandalay Bay and got ice in the hotel (three trips to the ice machine since the ice buckets were tiny) and stored our beer in the sink in the bathroom.
I will say it was nice to be in a hotel without a casino and the pool was right outside the guest elevators but for the price of the Four Seasons you want everything to be exceptional. Roomservice was breakfast at 8:00 am, the meal should have been hotter. The service was friendly and nice however we asked for 2 extra coffee packets so we could make more coffee in our hotel room and we had to call twice and wait over an hour for the coffee packets.
Please so yourself a favor and save yourself the money, this hotel is just not worth the price.

My husband and I were staying at the Mandalay Bay Hotel; it was a disaster, so we found ourselves asking for a room at the Four Seasons wanting a queit and elegant place to retreat after enjoying the glitzy part of Las Vegas, i.e. the shows, trendy dinner, clubs or casinos.
The Four Seasons never disappoints. The room was spectacular as was the pool area and food served at its restaurants. The staff went out of their way to make the stay memorable. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants an oasis in the desert.

Really nice hotel, and if I wasn't familiar with other Four Seasons hotels I might not whine. However, in this instance, the usual exhorbitant price is difficult to justify. The rooms, while nice, are not much different from the typical Mandalay rooms. The private pool area is rather small, and quickly gets crowded. On the upside, the service remains impeccable, and the spa/gym is wonderful.

This may have been my most comfortable trip to Las Vegas. The Four Seasons is a welcome oasis -- no slot machines or other casino business in the way. The staff is friendly and helpful.

This was my first time staying at a Four Seasons and it was a treat. The staff is so accomodating. I would say that's the best thing about this hotel. When you arrive at the pool, someone is waiting to help you to find you a seat and get you all set up with cold water, menus or anything else you need. Someone came around on what was a really hot day with cold towels, then orange slices to eat and then cucumber slices to put on your eyes. I have never experienced that at any hotel I've stayed at. The Charlie Palmer Steakhouse was great. A little dark but food was real good. If you aren't into gambling this is an even better choice as it is secluded from Mandalay Bay. But if you are into playing in the casino, it's a short walk from the elevators. Rooms are good..nothing too fancy but comfy beds and great maid service. You get what you pay for at this Four Seasons!!!

My wife and I just stayed for five days recently and "they just get it". The service is always great... the staff is personable and genuine. I can't say enough about Mark at the Veranda Bar, Jackie and Zalata at the Pool, and Kevin is the best deep tissue massage at the Spa. Always a great trip.
