We have been at the Verandah before, and have always enjoyed good food and excellent service. Not this time. :(

To start off our meal, a waitress dumped a full glass of tomato juice on my friend, completely soaking her jeans and t-shirt. Juice was also everythere - on our purses, a little on my shirt, some on the table. The manager came out and yelled that she would like to pay our dry-cleaning bill - all of six bucks of it! Who dry-cleans jeans? Anyway, we told her that would not be necessary.

We did not specifically ask for it, but expected the manager to at least comp the meal for the person who was soaked. She ordered a soup, and an entree, and only the entree was free. We were also charged for that tomato juice.

Other annoyances were aplenty as well. It took about 40min to get another glass of tomato juice, and about an hour to have the table cleaned up. We were offered bread, but no butter, olive oil or vinegar. My husband asked for a cup of coffee, and 20min later had to ask again. I ordered a dish with a side of berries - and had to ask for that again, too. A couple of waiters bumped into our table throughout the meal - almost sending the glasses flying, but not quite (the waiters did say they were sorry, though, so that was nice).

Booked the Four Seasons with my wife, looking for a weekend getaway. The internet site portrays it as a "non-gaming hotel," an "oasis away from the strip" and an "exclusive hotel." Unfortunately, it is right on the south strip. What is worse is that, after you check in, you walk down a very long hallway, and find yourself entering the Mandalay Bay elevators. The Four Seasons in Las Vegas is simply the top four floors of the Mandalay Bay, with more expensive room rates and an "exclusive pool." It was very dishonestly portrayed on the internet, and not at all worth the money. We could have had a similar room for half the price by staying two floors down.
We have been fortunate to stay in many wonderful five stars hotels around the world. The Four Seasons in Las Vegas is definitely not one of them. If you really want to stay here, call them first and ask EXACTLY where there hotel is located.

Only one vacation this year and we made it count. We booked a Strip View Suite through Amex Platinum and had breakfast included one day and lunch. Arrived a little after 10 a.m. and our room was ready. What a perfect room - Room 36113. We had a view straight down the strip. The room and service was impeccible. On the room service card you write the time and the food is there within 5 minutes of that time. The shower was exceptional and they had a deep soaking up there.

The pool is phenomenal. They seat you at your chair and give you the pitcher of iced water that was refreshed each hour. The cold frozen towels were amazing when it was 117 out. The service was impecciable.

The spa is amazing had the hot stone massage by Tim. I felt absolutely wonderful afterwards. They had full vanities to use afterwards with Paul Mitchell hair products.

We were going to take a cab down to the Forum Shops one night and the hotel car was availabe so we were chauferred down to there at no charge. The guy gave us his card and told us to call when were were ready to be picked up.

The bed was amazing. I wanted to take it home with me. We slept like babies the five nights we were there. They had fresh flower arrangements in several places in the lobby and hallway that they changed twice while we were there. Absolutely breathtaking.

We used the doors to go from our hotel to Manadalay Bay but it was always so nice to come back to the coccoon of the Four Seasons. The staff was always friendly and smiling. They held the doors open for you when you were walking in our out. Let me tell you that air conditioning felt so nice while you were five feet away from the door.

I would stay here again in a minute. This is luxury at its best. I loved it here a 100 x more than the penthouse suite at Bellagio. My first choice for our next visit to Vegas.

Our recent stay at The Four Seasons was simply
wonderful! I won't repeat what everyone else is
saying but will add three observations.
First: Other reviews mention the rooms needing
updating. It seems to be happening, my room had
new carpeting, and the furniture and bedding seemed
to be new as well.
Second: Don't count on the Mandalay Bay Pool!
It was loud, crowded, and at Ten AM they said they
would have towels in a couple of hours.
Third: There's No Casino! They treat everybody
to the same excellent service, whether you gamble
or not.

Stayed here after 2 underwhelming days at the TheHotel. Switched to the 4 Seasons because we knew what we would get for the price - service, serenity, and everything a 5 Star Hotel has to offer.

Yes, its in the Mandalay Bay Tower, Yes, its on the busy crazy Mandalay Bay property..but you'd never know it. Its wonderful to step away from all the craziness into the peaceful atmosphere at the 4 Seasons.

Walk in the private entrance to the private 4 seasons elevator and when the doors open you will forget that you are in Las Vegas! The ambiance is wonderful, the staff are friendly, helpful, and really make sure you have everything you need and are enjoying yourself.

The rooms are typical 4 Seasons, great beds with down comforters and soft sheets, large bathrooms, and L'Occitane amenities. The rooms could probably use an updating of the furnishings, but nothing really to complain about.

One of the best things about the 4 Seasons is the private pool. While the Mandalay Bay Pool was standing room only (seriously!), we could spread out and relax at the uncrowded 4 Seasons pool. The pool service was wonderful, with fresh fruit and evian spritz's throughout the day - and there was always someone there when you needed them. We even spotted a celebrity or 2.

If you want to go to Vegas, spend time in the casinos and shopping - but enjoy some quiet and serenity at the end of the day, this is the place to go.

A virtual oasis in the middle of Vegas madness. The rooms were wonderfully quiet, the service impeccable, the spa heavenly and the pool peaceful. It could not get any better than this. (except perhaps a longer stay...)
