Everyone is friendly and warm. They are also fast - which is great. I dropped the back of an expensive earring in the sink and they had a plumber I'm my room in less than 10 minutes - who successful recovered my earring. Pool service is nice, they help you find a chair and give you a pitcher of ice water. Breakfast is good but pricey. Dinner at verandeh didn't impress.

First time in Las Vegas and we where not disappointed. The four season is by far the best hotel we've stayed in. The customer service we received was brilliant and rooms where 5*+, they don't call these super hotels for nothing, we spent hours exploring and making full use of all the facilities. It is at the end of the strip but there is a walk way through the hotels and shopping center along the way that we enjoyed each day.
If there is a better hotel in Vegas I'd like to know about it!

Understated excellence. Peaceful. We had a strip view suite, floor to ceiling windows, awesome view right down the strip. The Four Seasons bedding and mattresses are know to be bliss-full and they are. Overall a quiet oasis to get away from the hurley-burley Las Vegas pace.

Room Tip: View of the strip, second to none.

Four seasons is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Their service is top notched and the rooms are excellent. Whether I'm using their hotels or eating in one of their restaurants, they always strive to do all that they can. Staff is always helping without you having to ask for help. One day we wanted to sit in a specific area and the staff quicker brought chairs, tables, and umbrellas for us. Another time we were eating in one of their restaurants and my significant other wanted hot chocolate; the server told us that they didn't have hot chocolate but if we wanted, they would would steam some milk with chocolate for us.

I can't stand the smoke smell of all the casino hotels, but The Four Seasons is no smoking which is so great. Yet, if you want the casino action you just walk through a door and you are in Mandalay Bay..which reeks of smoke.

The rooms of the Four Seasons are subtle, quiet and the views of the strip are nice. The concierge is outstanding and very helpful.

I enjoyed the Verandah restaurant, but the brunch was obscenely over-priced.

All-in-all I would say this is the best hotel in Las Vegas, but I have no interest in staying in the over stuffed casinos so my view might be skewed a bit.

Thank you for your review. We are glad that you enjoyed the quiet and subtleness of our guest rooms and that our hotel is non-smoking. We appreciate your feedback regarding the pricing of our weekend breakfast buffet at Veranda, however, we do conduct annual pricing surveys to ensure we remain competitive with other luxury buffets on the Strip. Thank you again for your time and we hope to welcome you back again soon.

Stayed here for 3 nights in July and really enjoyed our stay. We were in a strip view studio which was very nice and spacious with a great view of the strip. Check in was a dream, The hotel reception is very quiet and the desk staff were very help full. We did not have to wait at all and was on our way to our room in no time. Just what we needed after a long flight.
The hotel itself does not have a casino but you have easy access to the casino at the Mandelay Bay Hotel as well as all its other facilities. So if you are visiting Vegas and want somewhere where you can escape the hustle and bustle for a while this is the place to stay.

Again Four Seasons don't let you down. Fantastic location just far enough away from the hustle of all the gambling with no casino on site its a great oasis of tranquility.
The hotel was immaculate and the rooms amazing with lovely views.
The staff couldn't be more helpful and attentive.
A great place to stay.
