Overall had a great experience here. Have not stayed at many 4 seasons before but I was not disappointed. It was better than the other 4 seasons I have visited. For someone who wants to have the chance to avoid being anywhere near a casino, it is possible as 4 seasons has separate entrances and restaurants. Rooms are nice with nice sized bathroom, showers, separate tub.

For those that want a casino experience it is very easy to head into mandalay bay as the 4 seasons actually occupies 5 floors of the hotel.

Would I stay here again, probably not, as I only stayed for a conference and usually stay somewhere mid strip, but I have no complaints about the property.

This was my second time staying at the Four Seasons Las Vegas with my wife and 2 young daughters, ages 4 and 9. Our first stay in 12/2012 was so amazing that we had to stay here again when we came back for my business conference. Unfortunately, our stay this time was not as amazing. During the first stay, the staff was extremely attentive to our family. When we checked in, the staff had spelled out the names of my daughters with colored sponges in the bathroom and a set of bubble bath soap for kids. There was also appropriately sized robes for all four of us in the closet. Finally, 5 minutes after checking in, room service brought up a large plate with a giant cookie and M&Ms for the kids. Each time we left, the valet staff somehow remembered our names and greeted us like we lived at the hotel.
This time, however, we did not experience any of this personal touch. The service is still top notch overall and better than the majority of hotels. Being a smaller hotel within Mandalay Bay, you get the perks of having a private pool but also the ability to use all of Mandalay's facilities as well. There is also a private main entrance separate from Mandalay and The Hotel which minimizes the wait time to get your car from valet and also easier to catch a cab. The rooms were recently renovated a few years ago so the decor is fairly fresh and the rooms are nice in size. Hopefully, the less personalized attention was due to how busy the hotel was on this trip. I hope to have the same personalized attention on our next visit.

Room Tip: Choose a room with a strip view if possible. The suites are gigantic and worth upgrading to if give...

after driving 5 hrs from LA to Vegas it was fantastic to open the door to our hotel room and see Las Vegas unfolding under our eyes.
The Four Season Las Vegas is located on the top 2 floors of the majestic Mandala Bay but it has a private more secluded entrance a great Itlian restaurant and a private and peacfull swimming pool.
Our room was modern and sexy with a breath taking view! Bathroom very nice, again modern and clean with a nice selection of body product by Etro.
Bed are SUPER at every four seasons, big and comfortable.
We enjoyed the swimming pool very much as it is very peaceful and the service was great from the fab food to the member of staff spraying sweatty guests with evian water:)
Highly recommended!

We finished our Southwest Spring Break Trip with the kids with 3 nights in Vegas (Phoenix spring training, Sedona, Grand Canyon, and Vegas). I did a lot of research and even debated whether or not to even bring the kids to Sin City. After reading the reviews on the Four Seasons, we took a chance. I'm even a Diamond member with Hilton- and the Vegas reviews for those properties were so- so... WHAT AN EXCELLENT FAMILY STAY @ the Four SEASONS.

Our kids our 11, 8, and 6, and when we checked in they upgraded us to a 1 bedroom suite. The pull out Queen sofa bed was large enough for all 3 of the kids. They made all the kids feel special with a check-in cookie, bath supplies, robes, slippers, and even snacks (the first night)... They even wrote their names on the bathtub in crayon the first night of turn down service.

I really liked how the Four Seasons is tucked away from the Vegas Madness. After walking thru the casino area with the kids, past the drunks, the bridal parties, the chain smokers....- getting back to the 4S was like a quiet Oasis come true. The Pool is awesomely quiet and the service is fantastic. This was our first Four Seasons experience, so maybe I'm a little shocked on how service Should Be! Love it.- We're hooked on staying here from now on. (with or without kids).

A HUGE shout-out to Kimberly the Concierge who made everything sooooo Easy. From requesting a refrigerator so that we could bring our own waters, juices, milks for cereal- to arranging a no-hassle Limo Ride at checkout to the Airport for this family of 5 (yes, you pay for that- but the fact that the fee & tip could be charged to your room so you don't have to mess with cash, credit, slips, tips, etc.) Anyone who travels with kids knows that luggage and getting to the airport is a task. The Four Seasons made it seemless!

We utilized the pools, saw the Michael Jackson show, The Tournament of Kings, and visited the Aquarium, and even ventured offsite down to Circus Circus Adventuredome (couldn't wait to get back to 4S after that visit).

I guess to sum it all up. Four Seasons Las Vegas excited our expectations- and we were able to provide a fun/memorable/safe experience for the Whole Family.

Now we are home, going thru Four Seasons withdrawals... We'll be back!

Room Tip: Opt for the 1 bedroom suite if you have kids!- Strip View...

I love this hotel very much. It was my first stay at a Four Seasons and now I keep looking for this chain wherever I go. Standard room is comfortable and clean. I don't think it is worth extra to get a strip view as the hotel is at the very end. Gym and locker room are fanstatic and free for guests. There is very nice and spacious steam room (free). I didn't try their spa but it may be a small facility. Breakfast and dinner at Verandah restaurant are very good. The overall ambience at the hotel is luxury and quiet, very different from other casino hotels. However, Mandalay Bay casino is just a door away so basically you get the best of both worlds. Young children are treated very well. I like that they don't have to walk through crowded and smoky casinos. I will return for sure.

Beds are so comfortable. It's a four seasons, so it's exactly what you would expect - amazing service at a price!!! Friendly staff and they accommodate all your needs. Very close to all the action, but quiet and ways from the noise. Love this hotel.

The Four Seasons Las Vegas, in the top five floors of the Mandalay Bay Hotel is always a good choice in Las Vegas. The Four Seasons hotel chain are known for exceptional service, and this hotel is right in line with every other Four Seasons Hotel that I have stayed in. I was in their basic room and it was excellent in every way. The hotel has pool, spa and fitness room facilities separate from Mandalay Bay, although you have full access to all Mandalay Bay amenities. I like it that there is no casino in the Four Season's property, but the Mandalay Bay casino is also right there for all who want it.
