This was my 4th stay at this hotel and my first review. Proximity to the airport is excellent, with a less than 10 minute drive. The Four Seasons property is at the top of the Mandalay Bay resort.
Check in was prompt with very courteous and cordial staff. They registered our entire group, which included 10 individual rooms, in within 5 minutes of arrival at the desk.
The spa was fantastic and the cleanliness of the resort was impressive.
Of the multiple restaurants in the complex, Verrandah is one you just cannot miss...
The beds at the Four Seasons are almost as comfortable as home, with turn down service every evening.
Even though it was in the low 60's, they did have a pool open with a good crowd.
The only negative I can share is that depending on your room location, there is a chance you will have a beautiful view, and auditory experience, of the airport. This is the first time I was on the airport side of the building and will certainly request a different room if I find myself there again.

Room Tip: Ask to be on side opposite the airport

Best place for kids- no smokey casino to walk through before you get to the guest elevator, and access to the amazing kids pools at Mandalay Bay while all the quiet luxury at Four Seasons. The Mandalay pools are crowded with beach chairs on top of each other. We used the fun pools and when done got a quiet chair at the four season pool with delicious lunch.
Breakfast was good as well. Did not eat dinners there at all.
Pool service was what you'd expect and rooms clean and enough room for the 2 adults and 1 child.
Not the cheapest room in Vegas where all the 5 stars are really good rates but the pool situation was worth it and I see they offer specials a lot.
Cabs were easy to get- no wait at all.
Very happy there and would def stay there again.

We pulled into Vegas on Saturday February 15 and found out there we no rooms available. Some how we were able to find a room at the Four Seasons on a search engine.

The room was very nice and the service was awesome however the cost was not.

Room and bathroom were large and we had a nice view. Beds were very comfortable. View of Vegas was awesome from our room on the 36th floor.

Would not stay here again just because of the price, not justifiable.

If prices were more reasonable, would definitely stay again.

Thank you for your comments regarding your recent visit. We were glad to hear you enjoyed our newly restyled guestroom, view and service. Our rates fluctuate based on availability and the weekend you visited was a peak period, being a holiday weekend and also over a major citywide convention. We had very limited availability at the time of your booking. We apologize for your disappointment with the rate, however we hope this will not deter you from staying with us again. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back soon.

Checking into the Four Seasons Las Vegas is a little tricky. The hotel is actually 4-5 floors of the Mandalay Bay Hotel. There is a separate lobby, and an elevator that will whisk you to your floor. The button marked "C" on the elevator will take you to the Mandalay Bay Casino level. But once you figure that out, it is such a relief to go to this quiet haven. When you are in the Mandalay Bay Casino, there is a door to get back to the Four Seasons Hotel, which is accessed with your room key.

The rooms are ok, not Four Seasons' normal understated elegance. A little disappointing there...The rooms are a nod to Vegas style, but very comfortable bed and bright bathroom with all amenities. Room service was amazing. Fast, courteous, and no bill to sign, and no one standing around waiting for a tip. In fact, the waiter said the tip was included.

I like this hotel because it is NOT a normal Vegas hotel. Quiet, understated (for Vegas). If you want to action of Vegas, choose another place.

Room Tip: I don't see a reason to pay more for a "strip" view...

This five star hotel tops the upper four floors of the Mandalay Bay Hotel. The Four Seasons has it's own entrance- completely separate from the Mandalay Bay entrance. You'll find everything you expect here: great service, beautifully-appointed rooms and suites, fine dining, and upscale boutiques. The pool and pool area are small but more than adequate. We had cocktails and lunch poolside one day, and it was absolutely lovely. There's a secret door inside the Four Seasons that leads to the inside of the Mandalay Bay hotel. It's only accessible with your guest key. It reminded my husband and I of the secret entrance to Batman's cave! The secret door is very convenient if you want to shop at the Mandalay Bay stores, check out their (extremely crowded) wave pool, catch a show, or eat at one of their eateries. One minute you're at the Mandalay Bay, and then- surprise!- you're back inside The Four Seasons!

Room Tip: Splurge and stay in a suite.

Spent a long weekend at the Four Seasons in Vegas. Wife and I met up with some good friends who were at the Mandarin. Overall nice property that is connected to the Mandalay Bay.
The pros are that it is not a casino hotel (nothing worse then walking through a casino hotel lobby) and the service is spectacular. The location is okay on the south side of the strip. Bali Hai golf course is pretty much in walking distance, and the hotel provides golf cart shuttle service if you want to play 18.
Cons: Pool was closed for seasonal renovations, location though on the strip is the furthest south location on the strip which forces you to take overpriced cabs to the action. Charlie Palmer the restaurant in the hotel is mediocre by comparison to other steakhouses in Vegas. We were extremely disappointed that the pool area was not open for what we spent on rooms ( I know its the Four Seasons, but it shouldn't be over $400/night when the major amenities are not open). Also the room was small even though we had an amazing view of the strip.
Overall, you pay for the service which you will not find anywhere else (even in Vegas). The Mandarin was nicer though however.

Room Tip: Say its your anniversary even if its not. They will upgrade you.

Have stayed many times, some for several weeks. Thehotel and staff are exceptional. Well trained, caring and detail oriented...no request is impossible. It is a non gambling hotel on the top four floors of Mandalay Bay Hotel which has a full casino. The security is firm and welcome for a woman returning t her room with winnings.

Room Tip: request jr suite, strip view
