“Not the usual Four Seasons- but one of the better options in Las Vegas”
Reviewed February 9, 2014

Definitely a different Four Seasons. This Four Seasons is situated on the top floors of Mandelay Bay. You are at the end of the strip so you trade easy access to the strip for quiet. The hotel has a car and if available, willing to transport you to anywhere on the strip. If not, be prepared to walk or taxi. There is a tram but it doesn't take you very far. Service is definitely of the Four Seasons quality, just not the Four Seasons feel. I am not sure if that's because the lack of dedicated hotel or it's Las Vegas. Toiletries definitely lacking. Not to the usual standard. Will have an enjoyable stay but there other hotels in Las Vegas that meet or exceed this hotel

Definitely see the concierge (who were fantastic) for a pass to the Foundation Room. I am not a big nightclub person but the view is amazing. Definitely worth a one drink visit. As to entertainment, I saw Human Nature. Once you get past 4 white guys from Australia playing Motown, it was great. I was bummed when the only ticket I could get was in the back. But the view was fine and gave me more room to dance, which most of the audience did at times.

We ate at the Wicked Spoon in the Cosmopolitan. It's the current hot buffet. While good, not worth the price

If looking for a trip outside Las Vegas, the ride to Hoover Dam is easy. Just don't rent a car from Hertz in Planet Hollywood. Total nightmare. This was our second time to the Dam and just as amazing as the first time. Stop at Boulder for lunch at the Coffee Cup Cafe, featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. Great breakfast-try Linzer's Fave. Didn't try the Bloody Mary but a steady line at the bar so must be a specialty.

Definitely stop at the O'Callagham-Tillman Bridge. Great view of the Dam. Once you get to the Dam, continue to the Arizona side. Free parking and you will want to walk across the Dam.

Feels like an oasis in the middle of a noisy, busy ocean of people. The rooms are great especially the ones with a view of the strip. The breakfast buffet at the veranda is one of the best we have found. Appointments are top drawer .....beds are very comfortable ....

Room Tip: Ask for views of strip and close to elevator

The hotel has a great lobby area with two restaurants and a fantastic spa. The rooms are located on the top 5 floors of the Mandalay Bay hotel which is really kind of neat. The two hotels share the same casino but are isolated from each other. You get the atmosphere of a real Four season's experience but also get the Vegas atmosphere when you want it.
Definitely my style and the service cannot be beat by any other hotel. Definitely a 5+ star hotel.

Room Tip: ask for a room that overlooks the strip. The room I was in overlooked the desert.

We loved the location and quiet of the Four Seasons Las Vegas. The rooms are luxurious and the service is outstanding. The hotel is attached to the Mandalay Bay so the clubs, casino, pool, restaurants, shows, etc are all available but Four Seasons offers a hideaway when you're done with all that..

Just returned from Vegas after a 4 night stay. We loved the quiet hotel restaurants, lobby, elevators and rooms. Quite different from the constant noise, crowds & chaos at other hotels on the Strip. For a change, we were not bothered at night by noisy visitors staying on the same floor. Also, this hotel is completely smoke-free, so that was another big plus not seen in other Strip hotels.
The hotel is connected to the Mandalay Bay, so if you want to visit their casino or shops you simply get off the elevators at the Casino level (C) and walk through a door that opens immediately outside the casino.
The down side of staying at the Four Seasons is the fact that it is located so far from the other hotels and good shopping. We spent lots of $$ taking taxis to and from other hotels for restaurants, shows and gambling.

Room Tip: ask for a view of the strip, otherwise you will get a view of the freeway and a big empty lot.

The location is right along the Strip, some 20 minutes walk from the centre od the Strip. The hotel rooms, care and pampering details are all you can expect from Four Seasons.
But whay we appreciated alot was the fact that the hotel is located in the three upper floors of the Mandalay Bay; but receptiion and lounges are completely separate.
This grants a unique opportunity for Vegas to be right in the crowd of the Mandalay Casino and in a few footsteps be in the relaxed and calm Four Seasons, which is possibly one of very few hotels in Vegas that doesn't have a casino. Very nice place.

I give five+ stars to the Four seasons in Las Vegas. My wife and I have stayed at a lot of hotels in Las Vegas but this was a pleasant surprise. From the time we arrived it was a great experience. The moment we arrived the Valet greeted and welcomed us to the hotel. He took our bags and escorted us to the front desk. The reservations associate was very helpful and courteous and treated us as if we were the only ones there. We took the elevator to the 35th floor and entered a very spacious room and the decor was excellent. I had forgot something in my car and the valet brought it up to my room. It was very plush and the bed was very comfortable. We slept very well and was very quiet. We and room service for breakfast and the service and food was excellent.
The entire staff have to be commended. We had a great time if only for one night. I would highly recommend the Four Seasons in LV to anyone wanting a great stay. We will be back.
