This hotel stay was wonderful. The staff was very helpful and the room was great. We might have had a cooler stay on the other side of the building- we overlooked the pool. The housekeeping staff was attentive and yet invisible.

The pool was great and staff especially helpful due to extreme heat.

The Veranda Restaurant on property was great. Breakfast was delicious. Lunch was fresh and the lobster and crab salad excellent. Perk the new lobby restaurant seemed to be ironing out the kinks. While accommodating service was rather spotting. For instance my coffee in a china cup came with the requested half and half in a Dixie like cup. We stopped in well before stated closing for a night cap and the staff indicated they were closing up early. I think they might have either been open or closed not making us feel unwelcome.

The spa was nice but not as nice as The Bathhouse or Mandalay Bay Spa. The spa is small and does not offer water or hair/nail treatments. I believe they will be making some changes soon.

Thoroughly enjoyed every moment of staying in this hotel, it managed to feel very intimate. The staff were all very attentive without being annoying, especially around the pool area with little treats being offered to keep you cool. The pool area was really the little oasis of calm - the pool isn't designed for thrashing around in - one mother was advised that her children (who were fighting in the pool) may find it more fun for them to use the Mandalay Bay pool as the Four Seasons don't allow screaming in the pool! We were travelling this time without our children, so perfect for us!

The hotel feels open and spacious, we had a one-bedroom suite, which was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and felt modern and fresh. The gym facilities were excellent - you can borrow gear if you've forgotten your own. We ate outside the Verandah one lunch, the food was excellent, attended their Happy Hour, and had some of their delicious Sliders one evening. We mainly ate in the Mandalay Bay, where you can The concierge was very helpful - arranging for a tux rental company to pick us up, and taking care of returning the tux after it's use. And there is a great spot in the reception (stand on the star) where the ceiling is domed and if you speak it amplifies your voice - we may not have been travelling with children but it didn't stop us acting like one!

My company had a business meeting here. Accommodations are nice. Food is very good. Would recommend. Non smoking hotel which is fantastic. Business - wise, sometimes staff was slow responding to requests. Seemed to be spread thin.

It was a fantastic experience from the start of checking in and thru out the stays in the hotel. Comparing to MGM Grand that we stayed the previous day, Four Seasons is really the heaven in Las Vegas, the staffs are all nice and helpful, especially the concierge helped a lot in booking the show and reserving place for dinner. The room was large and clean, we stayed at the top floor and had the spectacular view of the City, and just the great place to see the firework everywhere in Vegas during July 4. Though the price is a little bit high, it worths.

We have stayed here many times-as a couple and this time with our entire immediate family-15 of us in all. Mostly it was excellent. They have done a nice remodel, although I do not see the need for a bar in the lobby. We were pleased with the pool area and our grandchildren loved a partaking of the Mandalay pool delights.
However there were some glitches, especially the first day.Check in with Winston was professional and easy. In perusing our room later on, we thought the lighting was not good for reading. I also found that the tub did not empty at all. My daughter had not received a hair dryer after a wait of almost an hour. We called and asked for service to clear things up. When we returned from dinner, nothing had been done. The housekeeper had been there for service and had never called for someone to take care of the tub. I called again and someone came up immediately and took care of our problems. After that ,everything seemed to go well.
We also had an extremely disappointing meal at Veranda. We were so expecting the usual exemplary service. It was awful with the wait staff uncaring and seemingly ill trained.
When we complained to Doug, he apologized and gave us some complementary perks, which were very appreciated.
Will we stay here again? Absolutely! A bad beginning was turned into a good end.

Room Tip: Except for the first night, service was excellent. Try to get a strip facing room

The hotel was renovated recently and it shows it. The room was spacious, well lighted with very comfortable beds. The bathroom had separate tub and shower which I personally like. The view from the room was fantastic, the whole side of the room was a large window. Housekeeping is probably the best I ever encountered in any hotel. The room was spotless and these people really tidy up things like my iPad charger and earphones. One thing I did not like was chargeable WI-FI
I attended a conference there and their facilities were above average.

Another flawless stay at one of our favorite resorts. Simply put, the service is/was without flaw. From the moment our car arrived, we were greeted by name and welcomed into the wonderful environment by a caring and attentive staff. Mr. Linehan and Mr. Angarita are the most accommodating hotel professionals we have ever had the pleasure to deal with. In fact, the entire staff including: Reception, Concierge, Pool, "Press", The Veranda, Spa, Valet, House Keeping, and Bell services are without peer.
